Hi. So it is a e53 lower control arms bushing set and sleeves that you used to go from m12 to m10 bolt used on e39? Could you provide some links for this parts please. Thanks
Hi - better to order the specific Lemförder Part Numbers: #3493301 and #3493401 (same part numbers in the bushing set). Once I got the parts, I measured the bore and here is the link for the sleeves I could get locally: www.ebay.de/itm/192079359922?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649 - 10mm inner diameter with a 1mm wall thickness to convert #3493301 bushings. 70mm long was not available, so I ordered 2x35mm long sleeves.
Mmmm, good question! From the video footage, I count up over 40 hours of recordings. So I can easily add 10-15% of time not recorded. So I guess about 45 hours in total.
Yeah, honestly me too. The seller I bought it from doesn’t have anymore it seems. I’ll keep looking, because I think there is an European dealer somewhere

Another brilliant video mate. Keep up the good work
Cheers Pal! No going back now and the subframe gets rebuilt in the next episode. But while I was in there, there were a few more jobs taken on lol!

How long did the rear subframe restoration take?

Where did you order the p-80? I cant find it anywhere in the eu, only american websites seem to have it and i am not looking to pay for import fees😟
I think I got it from eBay - I’ll have a look and post up the seller details
@@FullgasNoTraction thank you!!!

So I found the email address of the European dealer, in the Netherlands. Try them here cimcool.nl@duboischemicals.com
1 min 8 sec in, you can see that the front diff bush bracket on the subframe is cracked, need to be welded or replace subframe completly
Oh thanks for letting me know and watching the video so closely! I will inspect the bracket when the sun comes up!
