If you don't know who you are, most problems that lead breakup come from you without knowing, and you become the one who suffers the most. Then, pain will force you to isolate yourself, which eventually leads you to understand yourself. After a couple of years, you will realize the breakup was blessed in the disguise.
There are many break up coach out there, but you are my fav bcos they way you say it, your voice and I felt that you are speaking from the bottom of your heart
I find this interesting from the perspective of someone who has been broken up WITH. But I was someone who left a relationship, and it was because I was not receiving equal care and respect that I was giving out. So, although I made the choice it doesn’t make it any easier... it would be interesting to know if the perspective would change from the person who left, because the language in this video indicates it’s a different experience, when for me it’s not.

I'm so confused!! My partner and I have been fighting so badly and things have become so toxic so he decided we needed to take a break. Next thing it's a full blown break up and he has told me I need to work on me before we can be together - I'm trying so hard.
