Any buffs for Steve is a good thing, but I don't think there will be many opportunities to launch from PKB1+2. This will just make opponents turtle up, giving us a guard break. They'd rather take the complimentary 2, 2 jab after the break. This by itself is already a good thing, albeit in an indirect manner.
