Sir don't you think that this process is time consuming like we have to take feedback from other members which are associated with employee. And do we conduct this analysis for all employees or only those employees which are below average or average performers?
We conduct 360 only for 04 categories as per 09 Box grid which is HIPO, HI PERFORMERS, STARS AND KEY PLAYERS. but different org can customize as per their needs
