The whole series of performance Appraisal is great. Sorry Sir,But you have missed two important methods 1) Graphing Rating Scale Method( Under Traditional Methods) 2) BARS--> Behaviourally anchored rating scale( Under Modern Methods). If you cover these two topics it would be great for me.
This lecture was only focused on 360 degree feedback ... I have made separate lecture for mbo as well .m will make one on bars and graphic rating as well
