Hungarian fried ribs with pasta salad

Hello!
In this video we present two dishes. First, we bake a very delicious, crumbly but juicy rib, which we will serve with a pasta salad. Pasta salad doesn't have a set recipe either, human imagination decides who puts what in it. We show how we make it.
Ingredients:
8 slices of pork ribs
200 ml of oil
5 cloves of garlic
Salt
Ground pepper
Ground cumin
Red pepper
Pasta salad:
500 g pasta
500 g sour cream
120 g mayonnaise
200 g feta cheese
150 g sweet corn
1 purple onion
1 snake cucumber
Salt
Ground pepper
