I'm absolutely stunned as to the level of knowledge you have Michael. Thank you for all the interesting videos - and for sharing. your skills, knowledge and personality.
It’s so warm and cozy being in the kitchen of the cottage. You have it looking like it’s always been that way. It’s just a piece of art. The warmth of the wood, the wall color, all the copper and of course the icing on the cake, the blue & white dishes!!! I can feel the warmth of the stove and smell the jam all the way to the USA! Please include some of the cottage in every video. Can’t wait for the stairs to go in. ❤️
OMG! How lucky you all are to have found a paradise for all of you! At over 80 years of age, I find that you all are still real people without artifice.
Okay. Now I just have to make this at some point. Ugh. It's ridiculous how much I want to taste that jam. Well done Michael. Great idea for a unique jam!
8-10-24 going to get ingredients today and make this jam along with my usual Xmas cake for Xmas this year....what a treat....then I can reward myself and get sozzled on left 24:32 over champagne ❤🥂🍾 thanks Michael ❤❤🎉
Wow! The chateau is beautiful lit up at night. You must enjoy the late evenings to work as do I. Your jam will be so good. Thanks for filming your jam making session. I have never made any jams or jellies so it was a very informative session for me. Thanks, Michael 😊

Yes, he's doing stuff like telling tipsy stories about peeing and not cutting out his mom talking about "the tick on Alexander's d***", both of which were a huge sign to me that he was loosening up and not second guessing himself so much (or cutting the life out of "life"), which makes me really happy.
