    Hey Ms. Trinh,
This video hit me a bit. I know your struggles of classroom management since it happens a lot with new teachers. Even for me, because at a high school setting I want to be their friends, but at the same time they don't give you that respect you give them. Of course, it's always those couple of students that ruin your lesson or something amazing that you plan for the class that day.
What keeps me going 6 years in this profession is the same students you mentioned that are really sweet and do what they are supposed to do. The quiet ones that feels bad for you and sympathize with your frustrations of just trying to teach. Those amazing kids are the reminder that you are still doing wonders in the classroom; so don't give up. As always you are doing great and you go above and beyond for your students. Our students deserve more soon-to-be teachers like yourself.
    Thanks,
ps: Must be near your student teaching experience soon even though the videos are a bit behind, so I hope you are doing well!

@@ivyshannon-gg6dj No problem! PCE is more flexible with your availability. You'll need to create a schedule with the classroom teacher and meet the total hours that your state requires.

Have a good day. I saw your RUclips channel, your content is very interesting. There is a problem with your channel. That's why your videos are not getting views and subscribers are not increasing. And the biggest problem is, your videos are not SEO. Nowadays competition is everywhere. So SEO is very important to promote your channel. You can never grow a channel without SEO. Can you give me some time to talk about this?

    Julie,
This part is for you and your host teacher.
What it comes down to is this. Question: Would you rather have a problem with children being buddy/buddy with each other or would you rather have a problem with children starting a fight with each other?
For some kids school is the ONLY place where they get any kind of physical communication with their friends.
    Now, for you only.
Some children are forced out of their houses to a place where they are forced to learn things that they are not necessarily aligned with and through their behaviors it has an effect on those who are open to learning what you are teaching.
For those children, I recommend more Parent Involvement. I don't care if you are a new teacher or the host teacher, Parents need to be taught that they cannot just use school as a dumping ground for their kids and as a football to run their kids away from what gives them happiness in their personal lives.
With that said, God bless you for the grace that you give your students because in those early grades in my time, when I pushed My Teacher(s) over the edge if you will they had a paddle to beat my bottom with 3 times outside the classroom.
And even though it aggravated My Hatred against school and My Anxieties over being at school away from home and it caused me to wish my childhood days away on numerous occasions, That's just the way it was.
If I could go back to those days being a young autistic school student I wish that I could have had Your Heart and avoided Their Hurt.

We always encourage positive relationships and actually used it to our advantage for work completion. Also, I agree that there should be an alignment between teachers and parents. Consistency is what kids need.
I'm sorry you had to go through that terrible experience. Students are a lot more protected now than before.
