12-6-2022 Now it’s $600.00 to $700.00 dollar handguns vs C-9 at like $150.00 to a little over $200.00. I recently bought another hi-point, cause I got it for $149.99. Always shoots, no issues. Is it pretty, well I like the price! And lifetime warranty!
I've never heard of a bad guy ask if it was a hi point or a Glock that he got shot with. Just saying.
Crappy mags on hp
I would be pissed if I got shot by a Hi-Point, I'd be like the one time the gun actually works and it shoots me
I would be that guy lol.
Lol never thought of it that way 😅
I'd be that guy, did you just shoot me? Aww shit ok let me die.
HI POINT C9 WAS MI VERY FIRST GUN AND 15 YEARS LATER ITS STILL MY TOP 10 FAVORITE GUNS TO SHOOT 👍
Hi point offers a budget way to have a gun in every common pistol caliber...and they are backed by a lifetime warranty plus they’re actually decent guns, especially the carbines.
their carbines are accurate af from 50-100..at least mine 45acp carbine. High tower armories also has a nice bulpup for it aswell.
El Sea Damm what anyone says, They all have capability to take you out, period
@@BigM-wz2mi plus whoever you shoot has the shame of getting shot by one for the rest of their life.
@Slime Hank I bet criminals sometimes make their own guns sometimes

"2 guns are always better then one"
You can have 45 calibers but only have one life😑🤙
Up close, the bear stops _you_
No not 2 high points
I own all kinds of guns. Carry a Glock 19 or 17 on duty. I do own a C9 and after about 200 rounds so far I've had no issues at all. It's not the best in the world of course, but it seems to just work. Mine goes into battery just fine every time.
An assailant isn't going to care, which gun he's shot with.😁
My first pistol was a 45 highpoint. Put idk how many rounds through it and never had an issue. Not even a jam
Never get in a gun fight butt naked....good advice. Always.
Hi Points are now going for $200 to $225 . My local dealer is getting $225.00 and he can’t get them fast enough. He used to sell them for $165.00 .
It's said once you break in a Hi-Point they work more smoothly
Even before I broke mine in it worked with no problems, but after I polished the feed ramp and lubed it up it never gets caught up even after 800 rounds
The$100 gun is all I can afford I would rather be able to defend my home and family with an ugly $100gun than to die wishing I had a more expensive pretty gun
Should try the Hi-Point .45 acp lots less jammy and sticky.
Go Hi-Point C9,love it, no problems at all!
The leaves are falling down from the bullets splatting on the steel target. If you look directly below the target you can see the line the splatter cuts in the ground. Keep that in mind and be safe.
I have the hi point .380 pistol gray and black bought a 10 round clip comes standard with a 8 round. Got a holster that holds the gun and extra clip. Over 500 rounds no problems. Lil heavy. I also got the .40 cal carbine rifle folding grip double mag holder on the stock. Over 500 rounds no problems. Life time warranty american made and cheap.i would not buy the .40 or .45 pistol to big bulky and heavy. Thanks for your videos 👍😁
Hi Point has a transferable no questions asked repair or replace lifetime warranty....I'm unaware of a similar to Hi Point warranty that follows the firearm from owner to owner for any other company.
Sccy firearms has the same if not better warranty.
Send the Hi-Point back to the factory. It has a lifetime no questions asked warranty and they'll fix the sticking issue. Just call them and off you go.
This is true, it is an American company and they stand by their products.
The best warranties are the ones you never have to use
Try doing that in the middle of a shootout you’d wish you picked the Glock.
HiPoint warranty is worth the cost of the firearm alone.

Great video,I was in big box store this week , they had new Walther Creeds for $ 257.00 with 2 mags.
You might look into the 22lr/22WMR revolver. The Heritage Rough Rider or the Ruger single six convertible both give a range of calibers 22 short, 22lr, and 22WMR. They are also good little fishing, camping, and nature hike guns.
Will you try the hi point JHP .40 caliber pistol and carbine, please? I have those and really like them. They shoot well!! Thank you

HiPoint is excellent if you need a gun RIGHT NOW and only have $250 for a gun and ammo. Their warranty alone is worth the money.
one could say i'm a fanboy of cheap guns that go bang when you pull the trigger. probably the biggest reason is, to be honest, all i can afford which is why my edc is a taurus g2c. ive also had hi points and was greatful for them. had a sccy cpx 2 for while but hated the hard to pull da only trigger. and i used to think that glock braggarts were just that braggarts. i had never touched a glock let alone fired one but that all changed about a week ago when i got to shoot a glock 17, and the other glock 9mm, i cant remember the model number but its a smaller gun. after actually shooting a glock i have to eat some crown and admit the braggarts actually have good reason to brag lol. target was a spot on a log about 40 yards away and i was able to get 6 shot fist size groups with both the full size 17 and the smaller glock. i would be hard pressed to get that kinda group and just 20 yards with the g2c. i will continue to carry my g2c and be thankful for it because at a normal self defense range of 21 feet or less its plenty accurate enough, but not only is the glock and excellent self defense weapon, its a legit combat weapon as well and one day i will have one
If I ever get a 9mm it's definitely a Yeet Cannon

At least in a shtf scenario a hi point has multiple purpose’s it can be used as a hammer, use it as a club, boat anchor and it will still shoot the bad guys!!! Buy it with the extra money you save you can buy 1000 rounds
I've had a C9 for about ten years and I had some issues with it when I first bought it, but I was running some of the cheapest Walmart ammo I could buy. Since then I just stick to mid-priced brass and I haven't had any issues at all. In fact the last time I went out and put a lot of rounds through it I took a box of old steel cased ammo and it jammed up on almost every shot. Once that box was done I switched back to my usual brass ammo and not a single issue out of about two hundred rounds (this was before ammo started getting super scarce). I like the heaviness and the size of the gun, it fits my hands better.
The Hi Points like to run +p ammo, they seem to function best when digesting that ammunition . . .
I have a Hi Point JHP45 that doesn't like the steel cased stuff. Never tried it in my C9.
@@tomschonborg439 Yeah that sends to be a problem. Aluminum and brass all day. Steel? No bueno.
Hi Point makes 10 round extended mags for the C9. I have two they work great. If yours is sticking every time you load the first round I would say you probably haven't broken it in yet. Read the manual that came with the gun. The manual tells you it takes 500 rounds to break the gun in. There are also several youtube videos showing some slight mods you can do to the mags to make them feed better. I don't recall the name of the company but there is a company making aftermarket trigger springs for the C9 that lightens the trigger pull.
I started off with an hi-point, still have it, also save a lil money, have an glock, s&w-45, couple others.plus an AR-black out, that was built!!!!! Love all of them
where do you buy AR-15 blackouts that aren't built? haha...

At least Hi Points are made in America (Ohio). Also I've never seen a New Hi Point below $160 and I live in Ohio.
Glock is made in Austria and USA (GA)
The Men of Tupperware I'm an Ohio guy too. I've got two 995TS 9mm carbines I love, I had 3 of them but gave one to my nephew.
John Smith they will probably have to come fully to the USA at some point, Austria is pretty anti-gun from what I hear and their strict laws are making it hard for gun manufacturers.
Sig moved to the US and sell most of their stuff here. America minus California will be the last country for firearms. We need to protect our constitution.
Hipoints go for 80-120 in the southwest
I’ve owned the hi point.40cal carbine great plinking guns handguns I’ve got Glock G45 Taurus TH40 and Taurus G3 in semi auto for revolver I bought the Taurus 692 don’t matter how much you spend on a gun get what you can afford and stay safe
Hi point not a bad gun ... just a bulky brick for EDC...
It could be a overly strong magazine spring on that first round causing the slide to stick!
I had one I couldnt load 8 in only 7 an it wouldnt jam
I own Glocks, Beretta's, Sig's, Smith and Wessons, Taurus and hi point. I would trust my life with my Taurus G2C just as much as I would with my Glock 19 or my Sig P365. I'd PROBABLY be ok with my hi point c9 BUT I just don't feel comfortable trusting my life with it. Although it has always been dependable and reliable for me I do not shoot it as well as most of my other pistols. I'm actually using my Taurus G2C as my carry gun rn.
my God why would you waste money on a piece of shit gun like that when you own all of those? not to mention you could get a drop-in 9mm barrel for your Glock for the same price as that piece of shit LOW-POINT
Same here...
For $195 and about $100 in upgrades, my G2c is my EDC over my Berreta and my Smith and Wesson.
I have two used Hi-Points that I paid less than a $100 for both. When I go to the gun range a lot of guys want to shoot them. They are hard to clean, ugly, and heavy. I am not sure I would want to use them if a life and death situation but I keep them in locked boxes in some outbuildings around my property as last ditch weapons.
I have that C9 and it is weird the way it feels when I shot it. But, I like, it work, it is reliable, and can act as a blunt force weapon.
The slide seems slow this causing my timing to seem off, that is the weird. Cleaned it, oiled it and shots less wired. Gun rails need to be cleaned and oiled for good operation from what I can tell. If on a budget, this a great gun, it is highly accurate. All reviews I have watched draw the same conclusion.
If you see it, get it.
I have basically only owned Glocks 22's & 23 (.40 cal) , the best part about the Glock 23 is that you can get a conversion barrel (from $50 to $200) that will allow you to shoot 9mm and it only takes a few seconds (with practice) to change, hence no reason for any other gun.
Lol it’s not just the 23, pretty much almost all glock can be converted
@@giovantherehabilitatingthi1214 oh cool, I did not know that thank, I will need to get a barrel for my G22
I have the conversion barrel for my 23 and it runs great with it. Bought it just to try it, tried it and have never used it again since I've already gotten several dedicated 9's but it was fun.
keyth smith all glock 9mms,40s and 357 sig have the ability to be converted in to another caliber with a barrel. I’m not sure about the 45acp and 10mm models but some of those do too.
Breaking news : Everybody doesn’t have a Glock. I’m one of those guys. I’ve shot them and they are ok but I found better optimums for the money.
I do it's nice😘
I prefer my G2C and considering buying another for my wife.I believe I prefer it over the G3C which is a great carry gun but I prefer the G2C.UPDATE:I also now own a G3C which is now my EDC but I still prefer the rear sights on my G2C hands down.I hate the plain rear sights on the G3C so I put a couple of Glow dots on it and one on the front sight as well.
I don't own any Blocks; Iv'e shot several, I will never own one. Just about anything else is a major step up from a Block. The only people who I have ever seen who shoot them well are those who had never shot a pistol that actually fit their hand properly, and had a decent trigger pull before.
@@7.0sbfgmcrusher95 bad trigger? It’s a pistol. You’re not shooting long range. Trigger shouldn’t matter at 10 yards.
Shoot a Glock 19 and shoot a hipoint. I’ve shot both. Tbh they both shoot accurately and have so so triggers. Difference is in the feel, mechanics, and all around gun. Glock wins all. Hipoint is decent when it wants to act right and kicking the slide forward when it’s being bad. Glock 100 percent any day. If all you can afford is a high point grab one.
It will out last a glock... Everytime you wear out a hi-point send it back and get a new one... Lol
I'm glad I happened to see this.

Hi Points aren't bad... that is if u get the crap from the factory out of them...( the 40 and 45 models are far superior to the c9 and cf380 ) but.... they make great back ups if u run out, OR a great blunt weapon in extreme close ups
That's my experience too the .45 runs way superior to the C-9
When the ammo shortage goes down mabey you should do a video with th hi point on self defense ammo if itll cycle hp and stuff theres always videos on hi points but they never shoot hp so it be interesting. Idk how it is were your at but in my area 40s&w is like the only handgun ammo in stock in stores that and 460s&w and 500s&w😂😂😂 great video!
When the action is locked back, use a lightly oiled patch to swap inside of barrel a time or to. Double check nothing left in barrel. Apply couple drops of light gun oil on action! And keep on shooting!!!
Glocks are great guns no doubt, but the problem with Glock guys is they are stuck in the 80s when they were the only kid on the block...reality check fellas, there are plenty of other options that work JUST AS WELL

Underrated God Yeah maybe, and if they really can’t afford a $500 gun then they should get a hi point or like I said a Taurus g2/g3, which has more capacity, is lighter, and people would probably be more likely to carry it every day (like they should). That being said, I think a lot of people can afford $500+ guns if they really want to, I think they just don’t prioritize it. Many people can come up with the money for a new $500+ video game console or a $1000 phone that they don’t need every year. Many people could save up (even though it may take awhile) to buy a glock (or something better), but because there are cheaper handguns, they don’t need to make it a priority. I’m not a glock fanboy, that’s why I’m saying it’s definitely not a “high end” firearm like some people think it is. My opinion is, get whatever you want, just make sure you are actually gonna want to carry it. Otherwise it doesn’t matter how much you spend on it.
