    Great advice and content. I switched same meals everday, small meals and fast for 8 years now. I've lost 50kg, 110 pounds, 8 stone. Feeling great thank God. Stay Uncommon!

    Before a meal:
    Drink a glass of water
    Drink a protein shake
    Drink broth
    Drink some apple cider vinegar
    Ok... then I cannot eat aynymore because I am full of liquid...;-)

    For me it's microdose tirzepatide and make sure you hit your protein macros and follow a good upper/lower body split - fastest way I ever got a six pack and feeling stronger and better than ever :)
