My Understanding of Life

This video was filmed about 5 to 6 months after my spinal cord injury that left me quadriplegic. It’s interesting to me now to see that back then I believed in the same things, but to feel them grow, and having had grown much much stronger Than they were before. I hope this video can bring hope and faith to those who are struggling with suicidal ideation‘s and depression/anxiety/mental health problems in general.
