Love is Love. I don't begin to understand what attracted the fox to the dog but, whatever it was, the fox bonded with the old guy, and seemed to mourn him when he was gone.

Very sad story that became a special bond between the disabled dog and a wild fox. Who says that wild animals don't feel things?? That poor baby felt the friendship that fox gave him up until the end, and the fox just knew.❤❤😭😭
Please let your animals see their friend pet or human once they've died...they understand this let's them know they were not forgotten or abandoned they grieve too!!!

Sweet story but I hate sad endings. The world is full of sadness but I’m happy their “friendship” added a little sweetness and friendship to both their lives even if it was for only a short time. Friends for a short time is better than not having friends at all.

I looked up this duo the family rescued the fox when she was a kit. She had a friendship with family dog. She went off, had her own babies (kits) and brought them to see the dog on his daily walks. After he died she returned to family farm as seen at end of video.
The Fox knew the dogs time was near. She was sent to comfort you both. An Angel in disguise
