Yes I believe in true identity in names. My daughter's middle name is Joy and it's a constant reminder to her who she is called to be. Even as a toddler sheer would wake up smiling. God bless these preteen years because she at least has a foundation to remember her name

Yeah! When it comes to speaking Yoruba, for some reasons a lot of Nigerian parents that lived abroad spoke English to their children. To this day my mum does not speak Yoruba to me or my siblings

I grew up shy as well. as in very shy. But then i noticed that i talk very well and confidently when i'm around some selective persons (familiar faces) but hardly talk when i'm in the public or amidst strangers.
Several times I've overheard people ask "is she a mute?" and i will just look at them and smile and that's it. LOL

im older that you i think and i just want to tell you the shy thing will follow you through life. i was painfully shy and parent use to joke that they would tell secrets to school mate if i dont start talking. i started opening up when i went to university. i have to make an effort but year im still an introvert and i have to make it a point to open up to people.
