Thank you for the information, we are getting a rav4 this week and was thinking of adding the mud flaps, looks like oem is the way to go

Didn’t watch the whole video (NOT a dis to the creator). Saw the thumbnail and this comment, made my decision to find OEM as well.

Aftermarket allow better clearance which might be valuable for those that trail ride or offroad.

That's a good point, we don't have many of those in our area. Definitely something to consider.

The after market look and fit well but, the oem look and fit much better. I put oem on my RAV4.

Couldn’t find amazon ones for the adventure/trd. Frustrated then, happy now! Thanks for posting!

Cheers for the footage my friend, always go with the lowest pair that fit better and are stiffer 😊❤👍🇬🇧

$75 is really not much money when we are talking about car! but to me the Amazon one look and fit better! you definitely don't want to have big mud flaps that catch all the mud/dirt and aero drag 24/7! Amazon/ebay aftermarket is just fine! thank you very much!!

You're welcome, I don't think you can go wrong with either. We mainly deal with light mud and smaller rocks, we decided on the one with more coverage, but I see your point if you're going "off-road" off-road 👍🏻

I got the Amazon flaps, went on in two seconds and work fine. Can spend the extra $50 on other stuff. Regardless, either is better than buying from dealer which I think wanted around $200.

Dealer prices are insane for sure! Any extra money in this economy is always welcomed!

Hopefully you went with the Toyota ones. Just by looking at them I can tell the Toyota ones are much much better quality

Imho, I’d only do oem or aftermarket or quality. Already purchased washing machine parts from a no name crap brand which didn’t fit. Got a aftermarket oe quality direct fit replacement and it fit properly. Also want to mention I used to work at fry’s electronics where there was a ton of crap brands selling cheat junk. No lt biting anything from a brand I don’t know.

It was definitely a stark contrast in quality, fit and finish. Money is tight for most people, so I wouldn't blame them for trying to save $50, but the OEM's were better quality.
