I don’t recommend canned beans for the paste. You will not achieve nice white color of the paste with canned beans. Thanks for asking. It’s very good question!

Yes, you can keep shiroan in freezer and freeze it. When you use it, defrost at room temperature.

It depends on purpose of use.One of good things about white bean paste is that you can add colour to.
Can you please advise a proportion of beens and sugar?
Basic proportion is 90g of sugar for 100g of beans. You can reduce the sugar amount in accordance with your preference.
