Omg that circle in the beginner is such a hack! I find it so hard to make before so my crochets are always wonky. Thanks chrissy x

It’s my first time crocheting and this alone took me four hours to get right! At least I think I got it right hahaha fells good once you get it though!
Awesome, it does feel good doesn't it :-)

Mine isn’t closing when I pull the string 😭😭😭 what could I be doing wrong?
Aw, her accent sounds like home. I was born in the UK. I love crocheting with you!

Crochet flat
Thanks for sharing but as a beginner find this difficult
The magic circle isn't recommended for beginners, until you are confident I would start with a chain three and join to create a loop, and then work your circle foundations into this. Hope that helps :-)
POV: You use black bulky yarn for this and couldn’t find the first stitch so you had to redo it
Black can be really tricky to work with. I found a light up crochet hook and that was great for helping to see the stitches with darker yarn :-)
I finally made it to 4th round and then I got lost. Double.double.double. increase? What does that mean?
The stitches are called the double crochet, and the increase is to put two double crochets into the same stitch :)
Thank you. I love it. I finished 2. Sorry for panicking
Every time I pull the tail to close the circle I just get this tight ugly knot :-((( I’m following the instructions, why does this keep happening? 😔😔
DM me a video of it happening on insta and I may be able to see better. Thanks
I’m really struggling with bringing it through the circle. It’s like the third step. I’m not sure why but it seems so fast and I feel like I’m fully missing what you’re doing 😭
If you’re struggling, I would recommend substituting for say 3-4 chains and then join to form a circle. This magic ring is quite an advanced technique and not the easiest, I would recommend maybe revisiting in the future. Sometime a break is the best thing if you’re struggling.
No no no I slowed it down to twice and I'm on the same step I look away and I got zero idea wtf is happening -w-
I am a skilled knitter and I think crochet is definitely harder but keep persevering
im left handed 🥲
Hey, there’s lots of awesome crochet videos out there for left handed crocheters :)
