    Bravo Philippine Airlines cabin crew with higher expectation vs reality. Unfortunately, the reality is some are utterly rude and sad to say arrogant. PAL needs to step up and improved if they want to remain competitive with other Airlines.

    Dumbest requirement for this job is the applicant must be a college degree holder. Recruitment must look at what is going on around the world, and how are US Airlines when it comes to their flight attendants accepted to this job with only high school diploma. Philippine Airlines must also look again at how much they can pay for their flight attendants who are Bachelor's degree holders.

    • @marcomoran8718
      @marcomoran8718 5 месяцев назад

      dumbest requirement? lol. kaya maselan mga employer ng mga company dito sa Pilipinas dahil karamihan ng pinoy inutil at sobrang slow ng comprehension. di lang rin naman kasi basta basta ang hospitality industry.
      compare sa US kahit highschool grad palang advance sila. 🤣

    • @flaneurnz
      @flaneurnz 5 месяцев назад +3

      I agree with you. Most airlines in the world including Emirates accepts anyone who is off a high school graduate and can speak English proficiently and if you can speak another language, it's a bonus.

      @@flaneurnz And this airline is proud to their talents, who they pay less compare to their competitors who accepts high school graduates thats receives more jn their monthly salary.

      Yup! absolutely!!! And come to think that all they do is serve the passengers on the plane everything they need..,just like the food servers on the ground (resto) they’re making a flight attendant like a fr…ng big deal.. and notice that some of them are kinda snub!! For what?? 😂😂😂 Being a server??? Give me a break.. We Used to have a stewardess Tenant(renter) in our house in NY and she was so Nice compared to others!!!🫡🫡🫡Pal stewardess acts as if they owned the airlines!!😂😂😂they forgot that all they do during the entire flight is serves food, etc.!et.!😂😂😂smh!🤣

    • @1martinjom
      @1martinjom 4 месяца назад

      @@BennieGalang Their talent & acquisition still out of touch of their standards. They’re all bunch of stuck ups that until now they still require bachelors degree for flight attendants position for that airline.

    I wonder why most major airlines in the Middle East or even in other parts of the world doesn't require college education to apply?

    • @JingJao
      @JingJao 5 месяцев назад +1

      why do we need a college education? if you're good at the job, you're good at the job.
      also you should see how emirates chooses. emirates has a HARD AF interview process and testing.

    • @1martinjom
      @1martinjom 5 месяцев назад

      This is a display of toxic Philippine Culture in Human Resources. They require college graduates for every job positions, but they can only pay them on their minimums. They cannot compete to Emirates, Etihad, Qatar, and Saudia for their Flight Attendants that gets accepted who only finished high school.

    I have been a loyal patronage of Philippine Airlines and in fact I am an Elite Member. PAL is really excellent in terms of taking care of their passengers. However, there are passengers who are complaining about the snacks being served during the flight. Yes, i do sometime noticed the snack perks are not that good. Why not bring back the old snacks served before like bread or something that could really make passengers more happier rather than the very hard small cookies and green peas? Thanks

    eto sa totoo lang based lang sa observation ko during my every week flights:
    PAL Flight attendant nila di masyado kagandahan un mga FA nila saka di sila masyado nag smile napansin ko lang parang mga serious type sila i dont know kung ganun lang standard nila
    CEBU PACIFIC flight attendant karamihan sa kanila magaganda at pala smile at mas approachable
    AIRASIA Flight attendant pala smile naman sila pero makakapal naman un mga make up nila at mahilig sila sa pa CURLY HAIR 😂😂😂😂😂
    Try nyo mag weekly flights mapapansin nyo un mga pagkaka iba ng bawat flight attendants ng mga airlines 😂😂😂😂😂
