Hi, Engr. Wil! Thank you for sharing your review of the business class experience on PR126! We're grateful for the trust you've placed in our airline. We hope that we were able to make you feel our #BuongPusongAlaga (whole-hearted service) on your flight with us! Thank you very much for your support and we hope to see you again on board!
My pleasure. Thank you also for the opportunity to ride on your business class especially on your longest serviceable route so far. Watch out for my PR 127 video uploading soon. Kudos 👍
Hello Kuya, I love your videos. I did fly Philippine Airlines A350 before from Toronto to and from Manila in 2019 before christmas and it was very pleasant and same aircraft I flown as you did!
Hello there hanssamson5436, thank you for enjoying my content. Wow, yeah I heard that they also flew the A350 to Toronto then. Hopefully you did enjoy your time with the A350 then. 😊
Wow! Such a long and memorable flight in J class! Thank you so much for sharing! Everything looks extra special. Love your seat, food, the jacket hook, flight maps, and the friendly crew 😊 It's so cool that the plane passes over highway at JFK! Nice to see JL and AF planes too i miss flying PAL, 744 flights..i can't afford J class..so thank you so much for sharing this..But PAL Economy is just right for me too 😊 Advanced Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Engr. Wil, and to everyone..Peace, Love and Blessings for all 🕊️🎄🌌⭐✈️
Thank you very much for viewing and enjoying to watch. Yeah there is still the PR 127 which I will upload soon once I am through with the editing. Advance Happy Christmas and Advance Happy New Year. 🙌
@vincecarreon3243 I used to like B747 because I rode it back when I was a teenager when PAL still had them on their fleets. Now, I think I preferred the A350 since they are more economical with 2 engines and yeah, based on my experience, they are quite good. Hopefully I can try to ride on B777 when I have the chance with PAL
@@CaptEngrWil i also like the 747 (744). was blessed to have flown on it when i used to travel before as a student too..i still like it, reminds me of simpler times..yes, A350 is more economical, has beautiful lines, and is so quiet as seen in your videos..i also hope you get to try the 777..maybe the next time you go to America, you can visit LAX or SFO where PR uses 777 most of the time.. Thank you, CaptEngr. Wil 🙂✈️
Yes. It is very worth it to ride on a business class on a long haul flight. Hoping I can try out other PAL destination with business class or Premium Economy hopefully soon
Excellent video and if you want the same plane with better in flight entertainment service it comes down to these two Airlines Rivals of Philippine Airlines from the region Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines
Hello there, well it depends on the time of your travel. On my way back home, the flight wasn't that full since the date I chose isn't quite on a thanksgiving holiday. Yes, they treated me very well. Hoping to upload soon the JFK to MNL business class experience of PAL. Safe trips l
I had a pleasant economy class experience with this PAL A350 than Singapore airlines 777. This A350 has way more comfortable seats and slight spacious than 777, and most of all, way quieter.
Yeah, Airbus A350 is indeed a fine aircraft, and I was fortunate to try them both ways. I haven't tried the Boeing B777 but I saw with PAL that the A350 Business Class was indeed better than their B777 Business class setup.
Hey there, actually there are a lot of choices of coffee creamers and sugar/sweeteners. Satchets is are no problem for me since they are quite efficient and economical especially with the weight it saves to the aircraft. 😊
The meal portions on this flight leaves something to be desired. The first entree dish Pork Kare Kare falls short of filling out the plate. It looks very spare on the plate. The second meal entree Corn Beef Adobo is downright embarrassing coming in a small bowl. This wouldn't seem so if it were an appetizer, but as an entree, it looks skimpy in the portions. I've noticed this trend in past Philippine Airlines postings in business class, but not until this flight did I feel compelled to comment on their skimpy portions. I advise PAL to check their neighboring competitors such as Taiwan's EVA Air and China Airlines and also Korean Air when it comes to their plating and food portions in business class. Customers are not fools, they know when the airline is being generous or stingy
Yeah. A350 is a nice aircraft. Hopefully I can soon fly on a long haul for Economy class and Premium Economy so I can experience with all of the classes. 😊
Can be as well since additional wiring provisions would be considered for this. Another main reason is that it may require more fuel since it will share from the engine to power these power outlets inside the fuselage. Hence, to save fuel consumption, they lessened power outlets.
Hey there, yeah, my bad. Its actually my hands being shaky because I was not feeling then. Don't worry, on my next contents, I was doing quite well then, and was able to make it better somehow than this video. Thanks for the tip 😁
Hey there, there are only 2 so far left on their fleet for A350-900. Originally they have 6 before the pandemic, but due to the pandemic, they had to return to the lessor their 4 A350-900s. But yeah, they already ordered 9 A350-1000s from Airbus, so the A350 is getting bigger 😊
Yeah. I noticed how they lack more seats at some point of the terminal. Terminal 3 is the better option because it is bigger, but I think PAL opted Terminal 1 because their domestic terminal, Terminal 2, is nearer than Terminal 3 for their transfer passengers from international to domestic. Hopefully MIAA may consider decongesting Terminal 1 more and transfer them to the bigger Terminal 3 and let PAL solo the Terminal 1 IMO.
Terminal 3 has now reached overcapacity and is also not fit for purpose. Let us face the facts the various Philippine administrations have walked away from the issue of a fit for purpose airport for Manila. It has to be said that NAIA is the worst airport of any major city certainly in Asia and probably the world, excluding Africa.@@CaptEngrWil
Yes, a 1980's LaGuardia Airport style. The last time I left there in November the airconditioning was down to about 50F. No where to eat and a weird re-screening at the gate area.
@@andrewabel3927 T3 was supposed to be a fully international terminal, but half went to domestic. This is why it's shit. CebPac's Gokongwei family given priority.
I think one of the reasons why they let CebuPac retain their domestic operations at T3 is because they will overcrowd T2 given that they operate more domestic flights. Another is that, MIAA is looking to expand T2 with the former Philippine Village Hotel as the portion of the land to consider for the expansion. Thus, this will accomodate Cebu Pacific's domestic flights as well. Hopefully if this expansion is completed, this will improve T3 and be fully international only terminal flights like T1.
Hi there. Yeah I apologized for that. I actually have a stabilizer but I wasn't quite feeling well then so my hands are a little numb. But don't worry, the flight back home on a business class is better since I am quite well already then. I will upload them soon to my channel. Thank you for your comment ☺️
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 It would be pretty brutal to take this ultra long haul flight in steerage 😬 (economy) class! The portion of the Kare Kare appeared so small and it looked like there was a lot of fat instead of lean pork meat. I would be a very unhappy biz class passenger if they served this to me. I hope the Kare Kare tasted good though.
Yeah, I haven't tried Economy class on this long haul flight. But hopefully, soon I can try to fly on. Yeah, I also noticed the meat has more fat on Kare Kare. But the Kare-Kare tasted so good and delicious. So its all good. 😊
I had a pleasant economy class experience with this PAL A350 than Singapore airlines 777. This A350 has way more comfortable seats and slight spacious than 777, and most of all, way quieter. Oddly enough, SINGAPORE's 777 is the one that's brutal.
@@roamaroundgisg7362 I am glad you had a nice flight with the A350’s ultra-long haul flight. My favorite airline is Singapore Airlines especially their B777-300ERs. But having said that, my most uncomfortable long-haul flight was on an old Boeing 747-400 in the mid 2000’s. The flight originated from Singapore with a refueling stop in Hong Kong. The flight from Hong Kong to San Francisco was about 12-13 hours long and we sat on worn out, very hard economy seats at the back of the old B747-400. My bottom was so sore from sitting on those hard seats. My wife and I moved to the other empty seats but all of the seats were equally hard. My back was in so much pain during that long flight. I felt that that flight was brutal. The quietest airplane I have flown on was the Airbus A380 from San Francisco to Frankfurt, Germany and back. I was surprised when I noticed that we were already taking off but the cabin was so quiet. (Please watch my humble RUclips video of this flight, thank you.)

also would be nice if airlines also allowed sharing of flights heading, speed, positiion, etc. with e.g. family
Yeah, I also hoped PAL can also add external camera showing feature on the IFE so you can see the tail camera and the other external aircraft camera
fun fact:the ending of the safety info and the owner of the safety info its from airbus which they created the first a350 to pal

@@CaptEngrWil The problem with Phil Air is that they opted for no charging plugs at their eco seats on the 350.
Yeah I also saw it from another trip report. They only opted this in business class. Though I am not sure with Premium Economy
