I tried United Airlines recently to their hub in Newark and i had no complaints other than the food option & presentation. This is where PAL excels in my opinion. UA fare is very competitive though. I am hoping din na magkaron na tayo ng US customs clearance facility sa Manila airport para mas maginhawa. Thanks for this flight review 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you very much for sharing also your experience with UA. Yeah, PAL’s meals are better to my opinion and this is where they excel even if it is in Economy. Hoping I can try other international airlines on an international travel. And yeah, US Customs clearance will be a big help as well.
I haven’t tried Philippine Airlines on a long haul flight. I have been wanting to experience it. I hope to see PAL in Chicago too so i can try. The service looks a lot better than United MNl-SFO.
I agree with you, I am also hoping to visit Chicago too. I am hoping they would add Chicago to their route, then I can also experience it someday. Hoping they would comeback at Chicago soon once they got most of their new A350-1000’s in service
Hey there unfortunately you can’t get Mabuhay Lounge access for free when you are under Premium Economy. But when it comes to check in, they have a separate priority check in for Premium Economy and Premium Economy Class comes 2nd to boarding after Business Class

Hi there. Yes, it's much better than economy seats since Premium Economy seats can be reclined with leg and foot rests and are better for senior and PWD than they are in Economy class.

I always fly PAL from Vancouver to Manila roundtrip, and I’m a Mabuhay miles member too. But never been to the lounge.
Hey there, before you fly back to MNL, try to visit Mabuhay Lounge. I think they also allow certain Mabuhay Miles member level to enter the lounge.

Based on PAL’s official website, its around 45 US Dollars for Terminal 1 lounge
Free Wi-Fi available?
Unfortunately there isn’t. But they have a complimentary Wi-Fi with limited data usage at Business Class
