I've been happy with the Motoz Dualventure Front and GPS rear on the GS.

TKC 80 front and back on GS1200, 5000 miles, unparalleled off-road, killer on road as well.

im in rural WA.. the roads around me consist of two extremes - nice highways, 110kmh with nice corners.. and bauxite gravel roads (red marbles of 1-2cm diameter sitting on top of hard-pack).
what would be best for me? red gravel marbles usually require big knobby motorcross/enduro tyres for best traction, and highways prefer slicks..
what am i to do?? whats gonna be smooth for the highway, but knobby for the loose stuff?
while i see 80highway/20gravel use, that 20% gravel REALLY needs to _just work_ on gravel, its dangerous stuff

When your talking about the heavy Dunlop, are you talking about the raid? Or the mission?

Worth noting that Motoz Adventure/Rallz are very noisy so consider that when considering them. Bridgestone Ax 41 worth throwing in the mix as a 50/50

Noisy on the road but if you buy them for the road you are doing something wrong

Can I respectfully say, the constant cuts and joins are extremely distracting, to me at least, and less than halfway through I was focused on trying not to notice it than the information you were trying to share. I don’t know if this is a “thing” in editing as I notice it with some videos more than others or if there were a heap of mistakes or background stuff going on. But bloody annoying and put me off watching the second video. Just one persons opinion but I’m confident not the only one to notice.

Then you are watching for the wrong reason, its not supposed to flow like a story in Revzilla, but it is supposed to be informative and let you know what the OP thought of each tire. You're unhappy because of a slight glitch in a video that you clicked on, gfy.

With today's technology why is there not a unicorn tire?? I mean they make 4wheel drive and car tires that get 80 to 100 thousand miles why cant they make a motorcycle tire that gets good off road traction and good on road traction that 15 thousand miles??

Not one that would allow you to turn the bike lol

there is a smaller contact patch for motorcycle tires 90% of the time so they wear out faster.
