      I think it's ingrained over many, many years. Maybe decades of playing the game you develop muscle memory. I think that's how people can play 30 second and 1 minute chess very fast

      bro its a theoretically winning endgame, its all theoretical, you just need some good techniques and not even stockfish could defend as black in that position
