Just wanted to say thank you - passed CEMAP 1 today with distinction in both Units and your question-tagging strategy really helped me. Thank you so much 💪🏼
Thank you, I'm glad that helped. Please feel free to share it in any CeMap groups that you are apart off see if it will help more people. Also what stuff would you like to see more of?
This was really helpful thanks!!! Looking forward to your video on apps!! I've just about finished going through all the content for cemap1 so will be starting mocks soon! I'll check out your video on those first though! 😁
There is alot of higher lending charge calculations. Get them down you should be golden! As long as you understand everything else. Which I'm sure you do. The finish line is in sight. I gave my self a week to go through the calculations aspect of CeMAP 3. There is a really good activities book you can buy that I got on Paul archers website. It's £18 but well worth it. :)
@@JohnathanMarcroft Thanks mate. I have Paul Archer’s material (as I did for Module 2) and hoping it makes it all make sense! What other things came up in there aside from HLC?
That was it for me really and working out loan to values and affordability. If you have got the bootcamp the activities pack for CeMap 3 is included. I just did an hour or so a day and worked through the questions and watched the video answers thing
Hi Johnathan, Firstly thanks very much for taking the time to do these videos regarding becoming a mortgage advisor. Looking to start CeMap soon, I work full time shift work 4 on 4 off and was wondering which way you would advise to learn, The crash course or Paul Archers bootcamp home studying? I am not the smartest/quickest learner and am worried if I would keep up with learning so much over so quickly. Thanks again

Passed CeMAP 1 and 2 first time and doing research for 3 now and struggling with it. Mainly the calculations, I'll get there but still frustrating!!

Hey! I did Paul Archer and I'm no book wiz. 4 on 4 off sounds great. Can easily do a lot in that time.
Thanks for the reply mate. May I ask how the career is going? Are you self employed?
Hi does the cemap 1 consist of alot of math in it ??
No worse... Alot of regulation and random facts
