- Amazon promised workers in Chicago full-time roles with a hiring bonus, extra pay for working Thanksgiving, and paid bereavement leave. Every promise was broken.
So these courageous workers led the first-ever walkouts coordinated across multiple Amazon warehouses.

Maybe we need to do a freedom convoy to their HQ in #seattle
And #muskova porky #fords house👊😂✌👊
@@rohankurian5641 I agree.
Yes! I wish all American workers could see such power and demand more from our government. Good luck to them.
You warehouse workers are so powerful. Without y'all, Amazon can't even hope to fulfill orders. These are orders in which Amazon takes a healthy cut, right from the vendor's pockets.
Amazon can afford anything their workers demand, they are the ones holding the bag of cash. Don't forget this.
Chicago and Buffalo have been leading the charge lately!
They can’t beat solidarity. Stay strong brothers and sisters.
Solidarity!! Don’t give up!!
Unity in Boycott Amazon for our Amazon strikers, we all need to help assure that their rights are restored!
I support unions for anybody that puts work boots on every day.
Unionize Amazon!
Solidarity to the Amazon workers
STAY STRONG!!! Proud of ALL of you.
Haven’t bought from Amazon in years. Support local and end the bullshit. 🇺🇸
Hurrah for these workers. Usually we support strikes by not purchasing any of the goods the company manufactures. Since we very rarely ever purchase anything through Amazon this will be somewhat difficult to do this time. But our prayers and support is with these strikers.
Dare to struggle dare to win ! . Solidarity !
Ask for more!! 25/min and full benefits!

Awesome! Chicago stand up! Take this city back. We need more of this moving forward.
I admire you folks for your solidarity. I send you good medicine. The Hell with Amazon from my perspective.
Solidarity ✊
I pay for Prime.... ALL warehouses need to walk-out. Do it! I fully support y'all!!!! I can do without the convenience of product to save Amazon employees' lives (Kentucky tornadoes..????)
You gotta boycott, stop paying for their abuses of power.
Stop paying for prime. That's the real boycott

Contact the Teamsters Union! They will help you all get organized, and fight for your rights!
More power to them. Lying to employees, gaslighting, wage theft and downgrading employment status alongside the horrible working conditions they already have to put up with, sounds like a reasonable explanation to go off the job to me.
Glad to see workers are uniting and empowering themselves! Solidarity.
Let's build working class power! May Day strike!
Solidarity from the UK. Amazon is an international company, this is an international struggle.
I don't know much about Chicago, but I've heard they are a strong working class city, who are proud and stand up for what they believe in. You represent everything right in your community. This is basic shit, getting bathroom breaks, the pay you were promised and a livable wage. You are on the right side of history, and within a Union you are powerful and can fight them tooth and nail.
Fuck em, stay strong, stay united. Much love x
stay strong
Bezos is unapologetic about his own pursuit of happiness and it shows
THANK YOU!!!!! STOP USING AMAZON!!!!
Pay up Jeffrey !!! You got the money to fly ur little space ship into outer space , Pay ur people jeff!!! Good for you guys !! Don’t give up and always stick together!!!!
Pay there bonus and appreciate them as Amazon workers. I see the bonus pay online for the job fair all over the country.

This is so awesome! It brings me so much hope for this country!
Stay strong Amazon...Bezos can't do it without you. YOU ARE THE REASON AMAZON WORKS!

My company is in a lawsuit for firing someone that was trying to unionize(literally illegal). These big companies suck so much...

I came to this channel from Kyle kulinski or he's also known as secular talk. I like these videos and sympathize with the workers..
After dedicating nearly 5 years working at Amazon, I decided to take their buyout offer last year. I wish all the current employees nothing but the best!

I went to work at an amazon sortation facility this past holiday and almost everyone I talked to was not interested in working full time 40 hours a week.
Chicagoland!
Ridiculous. Not sure I will use Amazon again.
yes, you will.
amazon is not a terrible company but they are not great either. use them when it is convenient for you.
I went to work at an amazon sortation facility this holiday just like these people in this video. It was a good experience but the hours are low and the pay is the same as working at a fast food or grocery store so only work here if it is convenient for you.
support amazon and strikers and all strikers across the nation!
every subscription for 2 day prime shipping is a subscription for torturing more employees--NO THANKS!
i cancelled prime long ago and do all in my power to avoid the company and its subsidiaries such as prime movies, prime music, whole foods, hello fresh, alexa, ring "security" system, twitch, amazon pharmacy (you get the picture).
bezos received the go ahead from political corporatists and wall street--an enormous red flag!
SOLIDARITY!

I spent two years full-time working at a fulfillment center in Texas. Towards the end of my time there, I was growing suspicious of a lot of behavior there. I only transferred positions and shifts twice, but I got "temporarily sent" to others I did not know about. Some of the positions were comparatively less physically demanding than others, but they were all *very* physically demanding - even if you were as healthy and fit as you could be, odds were (and likely still are) that you would be run ragged before the shift's end.
There was not much that they took seriously. While we did have water fountains throughout the building, only a few of them were even remotely cold (in central Texas, you f^^^ing need cold water, especially during summer).
The only time we saw any issue addressed was one time someone accidentally knocked over a couple boxes over the rails...of the 4th floor... and they had a completely clear shot to the 1st floor. Thankfully, no one was injured in any way by this incident, but oh, the noise literally carried across the entire building. I was literally on the opposite end of the building when it happened, and when it did, I and everyone in that area had a collective "WTF was that!?" Their solution: netting from the railing to the next floor (to the ceiling in the case of the 4th floor). It was something, but it occurred during a long stretch of 60-hr weeks - someone should have figured that something like that was bound to happen at some point with the layout, but I guess that also means that because someone should have, no one was going to.
My time at this center was arguably on the lighter end of the spectrum of...well, there is no better word for this, so I will go with "abuse," but I have witnessed and experienced my share of it. Though it wasn't a factor when it happened, I got out around the time I started suspecting that some people who I had seen with blue badges were walking around with white ones. I didn't think about it much as I was approaching the end of my time then, and I probably should have.
I was sort of lucky to be working at this specific center because I actually lived within biking distance of the place (though I rarely biked because, you know, central Texas summers). That, though, is arguably the key to why I got off what I consider to be lightly: luck. I knew plenty of people there who did not have what little small benefits I had going for me. Really, what I went through should be the maximum of what people had to go through. My timing for when I left made it just so that I narrowly missed when they started really ramping up their rates and tracking employees, and every story I heard since I left was simply more reasons to never consider reapplying to Amazon again.
For my last holiday season working there before I left, I got a little something to happen. As the holidays were approaching then, I spread the word for people to save as much of their PTO and UPT as possible. Then come Christmas, everyone who can should dump all of their time into there. I passed by the center on the 25th, 26th, and 27th. For those three days, there were hardly any cars there. Due to the shift scheduling, the parking lot for the center was rarely, if ever, empty, even over the holidays, so seeing that lot sitting just barren brought a smile to my face. I would like to say that it occurred again, but I have no idea (probably not, given what management probably did).
$5 increase? Ridiculous! Power to the workers...the masses speak!
You have to get a UNION SO THEY CAN HAVE A BARGAINING AGREEMENT AND POWER!
They finally watched South Park!!!
solidarity
Sad back when I managed an oilfield supply co. warehouse. We stood behind our employees and got them their promises from upper management. through middle management sticking up for their workers. reasonable wage needs.
I hope that the Amazon workers' strike will inspire other companies, especially those in the South, let workers unionize without interference from management. Perhaps the changes that Amazon workers achieve will influence the workers at the Mercedes plant in Alabama the next time they vote on whether to unionize.
Im a amazon delivery driver I kinda feel the same with the bonus and nothing but small raises every year instead of 6 months..
The thing about waking out, on a position that’s easily replaceable, it doesn’t really matter.
Plenty of people will apply and get hired easily, this isn’t a job that requires a ton of skill or anything.
Amazon will replace you when you quit. It'll never change. There's always someone willing to do the job
I ordered stuff from Amazon only once. No more.
Dang so they trying to get 20 bucks an hour now? I understand getting to be treated fairly cause they wont let people off for being sick.
What is the update of this Amazon workers?
Yes . Iwas working as seasonal job . I and my co workers paying low compare work we did. During working there i felt i am robort not the important human being!!!
Amazon makes a lot of money I hope you get what you want unions are coming back
Hell the fired me fir being 2 minutes late i had no points on my file and showed up 30mins early and never did git my sign on and this was last week this happened i signed up during there hiring program and what i singed up for i showed up to work and that put im in the job that was not the one i signed up for and they told me it was not temporary but end work every day but sunday and i hurt my back i had a dr note stateing that i was not able to work for a mounth i took it to them and that said it would be put in the my docs but never was ....
Some companies try to do the right thing, but a lot do not. It's sad and has been going on for decades.

3:35 Even if they gave out double pay that day, it's still crazy because you'd be earning an extra what? $120? I don't think that this amount of money ever has the same worth as a special day that's spent with family and friends.
I hope the workers get what they want.
You are union right?
You gotta fight for your right to party !
Amazon is in deep shit. Amazon stop thinking only of your Shareholders. Think of your Workers too, meet their demands and fulfill your promises!!
I don't know what make BEZOS THINK HE IS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THIS ? KARMA COMES QUICK! DAMN YOU BEZOS!
This is the reason why I have never bought through Amazon. Also Amazon has caused thousands of companies to shut down.
What about my packages YO
Get back to work! Boss needs another spaceship
Form a union
Anti union efforts are so blatant. Why is it not illegal or actually being treated as such?
You can leave Amazon and get a different job.
You should have asked before signing anything. This is blame on everyone. Luckily I resell and I don't ship to the warehouses.
I had no idea. So not cool. No breaks?? Track you if you go to the bathroom? F that.
are they campaigning to unionize?....these workers" video are toast without union
Aren’t you union
I'm happy everybody walking out on Amazon go get that money $5 a raise as good Amazon don't care for nobody only cared only for the packet that you going out
Where's jo Biden with his support? Oh wait, he doesn't want to upset his corporate donors.
