    After waking up at 4 am my favorite first work is performing tahajjud😌 you know when I perform tahajjud I don't even need to do exercise though because performing tahajjud is my exercise it wakes me up and then I start my day with a full beauty of allah😇

    I woke up at 4am everyday from last 2 months.
    First thing I do in the morning is jhadu, because according to my mom that's the first thing we need to do, 😂 and if I don't do she will which her health doesn't allow.
    Wake-up - 4:00am
    Cleaning - 4-4:30am ( have quite long backyard time taking)
    Walk- 4:30-5:00
    Bath and puja 5-5:30 am
    Study 5:30-8:00am
    Helping mom in kitchen, and rest 8:00-11:00
    Study again 11:00-1:00pm
    Rest + lunch 1:00-3:00pm
    Try to study again 3-5 pm
    Rest+ dinner+ half hour exercise- 5-8pm
    Study again- 8:00-10:00pm
    Sleep- 10:00-10:30pm
    (Pros) I feel happy after getting up early, stay more productive and, accomplish more task then I use ro do normally.
    (Cons) As I am not use to stay up this much I feel sleepy sometimes after 7-8am, my afternoon nap because quite longer than I want ... I feel tired, and still not able to follow my study routine properly.
    BUT I WILL CONTINUE THIS SO I CAN ACCOMPLISH MY GOAL. ❤

      My mom used to ask me do household works instead going to gym, she said you don't need gym if you do house works like jhadu and other sampl works, now she is no more, your comment reminded what she used to tell me, missing her lot

    1 Don't check social media means don't use phone
    2..drink water
    3..read books
    4..listen inspiring song
    5..take cold shower
    6...do some exercise
    7...affirmation and meditate
    8..take a healthy breakfast
    9..write full day schedule, prioritize your task
    These habits will increase your productivity and full day will go jabardast

    Being an hindu i could tell you.
    One of my brilliant friend advice me to do morning prayer everyday. He is muslim..
    I followed his advice for few days. I am being very punctual and now whenever i wake up at 3:30 sleeps is gone after prayer.
    Ram raksha, neel saraswati stotram, shiv stuti stotram are the key things

    1 start my day with morning slogan
    2 drink Luke warm water
    3 take shower 🚿
    5 worship with reading hanuman chalisa
    6 do SAVERS 15 Minutes meditation
    05 minutes affirmation
    15 Minutes reading self help book
    10 minutes walk
    30 minutes yoga
    7 eat healthy breakfast
    8 lastly go to my karmbhumi ☺️

    1) Don't use phone just as u wake up
    2) Have a planned day
    3) listen or watch something inspiring (productive vlogs, music , podcast or books)
    4) light exercises
    5) drink water
    6) take cold showers
    7) make time for a healthy breakfast

    I do listen to music in the morning but to be honest I usually listen to K-Pop music or the music I like not motivational ones all the time and think this is good too? or not😅
