After waking up at 4 am my favorite first work is performing tahajjud😌 you know when I perform tahajjud I don't even need to do exercise though because performing tahajjud is my exercise it wakes me up and then I start my day with a full beauty of allah😇

First thing I do in the morning is jhadu, because according to my mom that's the first thing we need to do, 😂 and if I don't do she will which her health doesn't allow. Wake-up - 4:00am Cleaning - 4-4:30am ( have quite long backyard time taking) Walk- 4:30-5:00 Bath and puja 5-5:30 am Study 5:30-8:00am Helping mom in kitchen, and rest 8:00-11:00 Study again 11:00-1:00pm Rest + lunch 1:00-3:00pm Try to study again 3-5 pm Rest+ dinner+ half hour exercise- 5-8pm Study again- 8:00-10:00pm Sleep- 10:00-10:30pm (Pros) I feel happy after getting up early, stay more productive and, accomplish more task then I use ro do normally. (Cons) As I am not use to stay up this much I feel sleepy sometimes after 7-8am, my afternoon nap because quite longer than I want ... I feel tired, and still not able to follow my study routine properly. BUT I WILL CONTINUE THIS SO I CAN ACCOMPLISH MY GOAL. ❤
My mom used to ask me do household works instead going to gym, she said you don't need gym if you do house works like jhadu and other sampl works, now she is no more, your comment reminded what she used to tell me, missing her lot
1 Don't check social media means don't use phone 2..drink water 3..read books 4..listen inspiring song 5..take cold shower 6...do some exercise 7...affirmation and meditate 8..take a healthy breakfast 9..write full day schedule, prioritize your task These habits will increase your productivity and full day will go jabardast
