ps. i recorded this video before the major started a day before the nivera return to cs announcement, just had a production delay. congrats to b1t top rookie for another major!!
How’s Kanye’s meet taste ? Just wondering since it’s probably all the way in your throat since you tried acting like him and just looked like an annoying goof lmao 😂 can’t even come up with your own ideas anymore .
b1t - favorite rookie. humble workhorse, disciplined, everything by the book, just a very reliable piece since day 1 pretty much. also winning 2 majors adds up to it.
Jimmy is a different type of rookie. He doesn't feel like a rookie with his playstyle, he is incredibly smart and plays like he was years and years of experience in tier 1.
dupreeh at preasy is my favourite rookie, he is so young and showed a great amount of skill. Hopefully his move to falcons will get him his first major early in his career
@@TheEsotericProgrammer zywoos more disciplined and is always good for 2 kills each round, he's obviously got insane highlights but monesy's playstyle and flicky aim results in better clips imo
For me b1t is THE R.O.A.T. I remember example on Edward position, on short Mirage. Valerchik knew perfect by pixel spot where he can hide behind pillar to not be seen from 3 positions at once. He even was preferencing m4a4, because m4a1S is long af and enemy can see it from distance. It was an example on down site Nuke with Hunter on this major. He was spotted because of m4a1S long barrel and this costs G2 a round. For past 2-3 years b1t and ropz are my favorite players because of they raw mechanic skills and big brain management, and I hope to see more maps from b1t like this final inferno. If ropz and b1t win more majors, I hope they will get an MVP🤞🤞
I still remember m0nesy's iconic Katowice debut on the stage. People couldnt believe their minds seeing this 16 y.o. destroy VP and Navi. I still rewatch those matches sometimes
broky is for sure my favorite rookie. he went from a supportive rifler to a superstar AWPer on FaZe in a year. Also, he's the only rookie to ever actually play long-term for FaZe, THE super team org. In a team full of veterans, he's never been less reliable in any way. As you said, you didn't really count him as a rookie after a few months.
Broky is def my favorite rookie because of how quickly and impressively he found top tier form and from such a young age FaZe really found a gem in Latvia
academy league has been enjoyable to watch. the teams, the strats they used, the kind unconventional playstyle and last but not least, the production was so wyld, the cinematics alone would make weplay a potential major TO and they would slap it. imagine the talent behind WPAL with valve funds
Such a banger vid. I think nertz is like broky in that he felt like a guy who we stopped calling a rookie in months and at the end of the year people literally forgot he was a rookie with all his great performances
The amount of "how to cs" video's are everywhere and the game is less underground as it was, i think the young minds benefit from this. This shows how great our favorite game really is. Next generations Will hopefully keep it alive for me to watch it in a retirementhome
He hasnt tweeted anything since announcing it in March, but Nivera did say hes coming back to CS as a free agent so I guess hes just looking for a home.
watching NA 10 mans back in 14/15 and 16 to some extent was fun. These matches produced some of the absolute CLASSICS of CSGO such as "FGB whats your name" or "HE'S A MANAGERR" with the likes of "glawwwwks". Very vintage and refined CS moments tbh
h0bbit joining gambit in 2016 after he'd been bought from Tengri. the guy was playing in Ekibastuz of all places. A small town in Kazakhstan and he went on to win the 2017 majror inkrakow. I can't say that he was in his teens, but he definitely was a rookie.
I was getting HOT when the video kept progressing and b1t wasn't even mentioned yet lmao. Yes, Na'Vi it's in my heart (and on my skin actually), and he made me fall in love with the game even more, my Argentinian countrymen were the first ones to have that effect on me back in 2016 (IESF), then Na'Vi with s1mple, then B1t becoming such an unstoppable force so quickly. Also seeing him as the last piece of Na'Vi from the last Major and knowing how much of a sweet soul he is, it felt very endearing to see him reach that glory spot again, and which such a statement perfomance in the Final, he quickly tapped into his ultra instinct rookie form and made everyone take a knee.
As someone not a fan of j9, glad to see he got heat from the pro's. Damn your ad for acezone just showed me how cheap it is for the price tag they give it.
Amazing video, Was really interesting. My rookie of the year will go to Donk if he wins a couple more silverware and has those insane stats continuing.
Nivera said last month that he is hopping to come back to CS2. I agree with you, he was a huge loss, hopefully he comes back and joins another super rookie Espiranto and make a rookie team to win rookie tournaments
b1t is my favourite rookie. Love what donk and monesy are doing right now. Also I love that wonderful got the chance to shine as well. I saw great potential in him back when he was on Team Spirit.
Honda best rookie ever. Started his career with a pistol ace against g2 Got a deag ace in the middlenof his career (7 rounds later) And ended his career washed out (2 maps later)
Reminder that Ocean is the most culturally significant rank S / faceit player of all time. You can go check but he literally played in every single CS:GO PUG that was streamed on twitch.
b1t is a great pick for best rookie of all time. The only player so far to win a major in both CSGO and CS2. When b1t first came into the lineup I remember he was playing instead of flamie on a couple of maps, he didn't look too convincing back then. I remember him mostly just standing in pit on Inferno and dying to a swing. When he got on the roster full time however, he started a meteoric rise, winning trophy after trophy that culminated in Navi's major victory. He had literally the highest headshot percentage out of the entire tier 1 scene that year. His rookie year. Ice cold machine of a player.
Oh man, youre killing it with this content! You should do a video about amazing players and their fall from Grace, maybe Even throw some shade to those who moved to valorant. Would be Nice!
Sergej has to be my favorite rookie, 17 years old in a major final and 13th best player in the world in his first year on the top. Sadly we won't see him compete anymore.
Siuhy is my hipster pick. With all the spotlight on mechanically gifted and extremely high game aware individuals, I think it's easy to miss that he's been having success as a rookie IGL. And I don't really have anyone else in mind that really did that so fast in modern times.
I think not mentioning Brollan is criminal, the fact that he's been playing for so long yet he's only 21 is insane. I know he has always been pretty inconsistent (even though it seems like he's getting more consistent now with mouz) but I think he deserves to be mentioned still
Might be a stretch to call him a rookie but freakazoid coming onto the scene and bringing NA to the top for the first time was beautiful to see. We Hawt
My 2 favourite Rookies are m0nesy and Donk. Im a full m0nesy Fan, got him as my Steam profile ouc since early 2022 but Donk is also just insanely craazy. He is also feeling the Game like its his real reality if you know what i mean. Niko is just living a normal life and gets a little bit out of cs but Donk is just playing all day and feeling it
I mean playing in the major when you are 17 vs playing the major when you have all the expectation of performing since you're a "veteran" some players now also have family to feed and support that's added pressure
