I was able to understand this really well and explaining in a shorter amount of time than other videos I have tried to watch for this. As a new streamer and not good with technology this was the best tutorial, short and sweet! This by far was the most helpful so thank you for making this video! 💖
Thanks for this tutorial, I had difficulty finding one that hadn't overcomplicated things o.o As an upcoming VTuber who isn't necessarily a tech wizz this helped a ton c:
You don't even need to mess with the x and y components, as you can move and resize the browser source, and adjust it to where your model is :D At least that's what I did lol over all a very good tutorial, and I will be using this!
While yes that is true, if you have more than one thing added through TriggerFyre that are not in the same location, your other stuff will move as well if you only resize and stuff through obs, but if you have one or multiple on the same location that is by far the easier option I agree
I used this video when I created my headpats redeem and it worked amazingly! I wanted to use the same method to make another redeem which also worked... only now when the headpats are redeemed it shows up in the headpat position and the position of the other redeem. the second redeem doesnt do that, only the headpats and im not sure how to fix it.
From my testing, all my triggerfyre events/ redeems come on one obs layer, so that might be tricky, tho i haven't had to use greenscreened vids yet. Sadly I don't know a way to help you but maybe add a greenscreen/transparent layer to the video and render it transparent before adding it to triggerfyre? WebM is a format that natively supports transparency in videos if i correctly remember
@@ZesilinaNewborn @Zesilina Newborn I somehow figures out the solution on my own, so when you go to add new things (like green screen videos or gifs) you need to delete the browser source entirely and then recreate it with the new link
I believe you can't have a sound and image/gif on the same redeem as it will cause it to randomly choose between the sound or the image/gif on triggerfyre. I don't know why they chose it to be this way but you'll have to find another 3rd party site that allows for both at once
being an affiliate or not shouldn't affect being able to add channel point redeems that are linked to triggerfyre, I'm sorry that this way didn't work for you D:
Since I haven't streamed on youtube for some time and only on twitch, I have no honest clue about youtube alternatives to triggerfyre, your on your own sadly, sorry I tcouldn't be of help
Hmmm, I haven't streamed on youtube in a very long time but i should still remember how to do it, it might take a little while before i'm able to make more videos/tutorials due to personal issues but yeah i can def look into it and possibly make one
So you have to be a Twitch affiliate to use this. I tried it and no option showed up for Channel Points under Viewer Rewards only the "Drops" and "Rewards" sections are there. After looking into it you only get that option if you're partnered/affiliated. Seems like it's that way with every interactable emote software because of how Twitch works. Unfortunate.
I have a question, i've seen some people have reactive redeems attached to their model, so that when they'd move their model across their obs, the object would follow them, as well as their movements, would anyone know how to do that? I move my model a lot to not block huds and stuff and forget to move the redeems over
If you group your model and the reactive redeems together in a folder, you can just move the folder around when you want to move your model and that should do move everything together :D
Yeah thats the bad part about this, you need to figure out that own your own bcuz its different on different monitor resolutions, i was using 1080p in my video.
@@ZesilinaNewborn edit I got it work note for poeple had have same issue if you change coordination and headpat don't change location restart obs ^^ be aware everytime you adjust on trigerfyre restart obs (atleast it worked for me that way) love headpat guide ♡
I thought this was a good solution at first, but now that i have 3 different visual gifs, and since theres only one link. It plays all rewards at the same time, when just one is redeemed ?
that means you've set all three gifs to 1 redeem, you need to set them to different redeems, then there shouldn't be any issues, Never encountered this issue when i set up my gifs and i have multiple
Hi!I do have a problem...wanted to add a headpat and also a bonk, made two different ones but when I open in OBS as a source it the animation shows twice for me on the screen. Is there anyway how to not have both playing the same time? Thanks
If you set them up to use 2 different commands or redeems, they shouldn't show up at the same time, double check so that you didn't set your redeem name to the same on both, I have a headpat and a bonk with both works completely fine so its weird ur getting this
Sorry my english is not the best,to be more clear:I have in obs two sources in one is the headpat with the link I get from TriggerFyre in the other one is the bonk with the different link from TF also different name, redeem, animation. When I play the headpat will show me the headpat twice also in the space where the bonk is like is the same source somehow...I will try to make GIF with gyazo maybe someone can help, also ty your tutorial is very good and easy❤

Can you make a video on how to do this but for RUclips not twitch, i have a twitch account but i dont use it for streaming
I've already tried that but sadly haven't found any alternatives for youtube, so I'm sorry

How to adjust the position? Like I have bonk and headpat but they don't align. I tried the X and Y positions and did not work

no it doesn't have to be channel points, if you use triggerfyre, you can use commands too like !headpats

Year late response, but try enabling the command feature instead of the channel points redeem.
oh nice zesi
I followed everything as it is but when i try to test it in obs and redeem the headpats, it doesnt show up :c
do you have the triggerfyre source visible?, as in the eye is gray and not with a line through it
I tried doing 300 seconds (5 minutes) but it does like 5 seconds then disappears.

Yeahhhhh, Twitch locks some important stuff behind affiliate and partner
