He used that to build no claims bonus. Im gonna assume the old red astra they had was what he was insured on and had the drive any car clause that allowed him to drive the scirocco ;) All just assumptions

W16 8 litre. 16-4 ( 4 turbos. 16 radiators) thats including the intercoolers, oil coolers, abs cooler, gearbox cooler.
I think they have 10 radiators. 16.4 means 16 cylinder 4 turbos.
