Anybody else's soul die a little bit hearing how excited they were for Justice League, knowing the disaster it would turn out to be? Thank God for The Snyder Cut
2 kinds of people in the world: The type whose first thing they think of is the Super Friends' theme, and the type whose first thing they think of is the Timmverse Justice League opening.
Man, like taking a walk down memory lane. I subscribed to the comics in the mid-70s - early 80s. Comics weren't collectibles, but are still in a box in my attic. I remember the Adam Strange episode. I remember when they started doing annual team-ups with the heros from earth two and them fighting the villain versions of themselves from Earth 3. So many great memories.
My core JL team would be: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash(Barry or Wally), Green Lantern(John Stewart), Aquaman, Martian Manhunter, Hawkgirl, Mera. Then the Extended Team(don't have Leadership roles): Mister Miracle, Big Barda, Orion, Shazam, The Atom, Green Arrow, Black Cannary, Vixen, Captain Atom, Black Lightning, Zatanna, Dr Fate, Plastic Man, Red Tornado, Supergirl, Hawkman, The Question, Mister Terrific(Michael Holt)
Jason and Ashley, could you guys do a history lesson on the Question? I heard that Marc Guggenheim is tempted to introduce him on Arrow in the near future.
I discovered the JLA sometime around 1967 fighting against a character called The General. My classic Justice League line up would have to be the roll call from the 1960s to the 1980s, up to the time Firestorm and Hawkgirl joined. Some classic JLA _ JSA team ups occurred during this time.Great days, great memories.
I love Justice League My favorite Justice League iteration in almost every media is Justice League from Justice League unlimited Favorite episode of all time is the two part episode where the JLA fights the Justice Lords
I don't know if it counts as a Justice League because they go by a different name, but my first contact with a "Justice League type of team" was the Hannah Barbera's Super Friends! But I actually discover the "Real" Justice League was in the animated series. In fact, the First DVD that my family ever got was the Justice League first two episodes
I first saw or heard of DC comics or the universe was the Super Friends back in the 70s and i was hooked then my cousin got me stuck on comics and I'm still stuck in DC and i started in Comicbook shows after I got out of school and my collection has grown since then but now I don't go for this new"stuff"it's nothing but junk,I'm more of old school, but if I see something unique or different I'll get it mostly Batman,WW or JLA or any DC hero
One of my favorite Justice League Unlimited New Gods episode was ""The Ties That Bind" "Miracles Happen" which featured Mr. Miracle (Ioan Gruffudd) and Big Barda (Farrah Forke) where they needed Superman's help but instead Wally West stepped in as they try to rescue Oberon from Granny Goodness voiced by Ed Asner who kidnapped him so that Scott would use his skills to break Kalibak out of prison bring him back to Apokolips.
Loved the episode. I usually watch these the millisecond they come out but I had a family event so I couldn't. I love this show and I would love Jupiter Jet but there are no comic book stores remotely close to me. I could also like to suggest Michal John Carter aka BOOSTER GOLD.
Justice League International and Europe ended resulting In America, Task Force and Extreme Justice being published so It was 3 titles published at the same time. This was the lowest point of the books history with the worst writing IMO. Great part one learned a lot of stuff I didn't know about early stories I haven't read (Under issue 100 of volume 1), looking forward to the second part! Might be my favorite Geek History so far!
all rigth, is not insult, i love them both, but i think Morrrison is a little bit on the top. And your videos are so cool, there is nothing i can do about it, haha.

Nope, because this is a ludicrous comment.
@@Jawiin eh, I just stick with the Justice League animated series

I would love that! Especially because the dynamic between Question and Arrow in the comics is pretty cool!

What 2 characters would you add to the JL Jawiin?
Yesterday I pre-ordered Jupiter Jet from my local comic store in Madison, Wisconsin. Go Jupiter!
Thank you Madison! Hope you enjoy it.
DCAU I loved so much. The Zeta Project was the best and Diedrich Bader who voiced him was great.
Great episode!
I first learned about them from the Super Friends cartoon.
So happy I got the JLI omnibus !

Wasn't the "Justice League Cartoon" actually called "Super Friends"?

Agree, people foolishly call Detroit era the low point but it was the era that came after international ended with extreme Justice and task force.
Great Video, just one little thing... Morrison is better than Waid!!!
+Diego Guzman so you decided to compliment me but insult Mark Waid?? (Face palm)
all rigth, is not insult, i love them both, but i think Morrrison is a little bit on the top. And your videos are so cool, there is nothing i can do about it, haha.
