Beautiful views Lauren... brings me back to my diving days on the reefs surrounding Okinawa... y'all need to make a trip there and shoot some videos. Also, free diving thru those underwater canyons?? I'm impressed... I did that in Okinawa but with a tank... and night diving for lobsters on those reefs??? OMG!!!!

Ha. You snuck one last video in before the new year 😎 We call those sea snails whilks or whelks with one syllable. I had no clue the yardies pronounced it as two syllables. Jerome was right in stopping you. We call that a sea centipede or marine centipede. The bristles can inject a toxin in you and it's not comfortable by any means. The sounds of the bubbles going up sent me down memory lane. It's so peaceful underwater. Yup I was able to hold my breath as long but I wasn't moving around either. Every time I snorkel, I have to retrain myself. I went diving with 2 friends one time and I could've sworn those suckers had gills 🤣 I came up for air three times and they were still on their one breath 😶 I was amazed plus they were heavy smokers 🤷 Great catch on those crabs. They are great eating. Looks like they had one last laugh before you ate them 🤣 Glad you didn't hurt yourself. I know those boats very well and they way they make them, you can burst your @$$ on them easily. I go out on my furthe crib friend's quite a lot and man is it wet 🙄 Still working on that recipe. Might be just that area 🤷 You can count your stars on that he stopped you. They sure did bring the memories back 🙏 👍 You know I did notice it, just about hip level. I thought it was from the shadows caused by the water. Ouch Yup those particular boats a super slick when they get wet. They need to fix that shit. Happy New Year!! Thank you so much! Yeah I had a bunch of health issues this year but thankfully they all seem to be behind me now. Those actually are mountains, Jamaica is very mountainous! The best way to see what's in season is to download the FishRules app. That way you can check fish seasons and size limits super easily.

I've never gotten pinched by anything but I have been bitten by a lot of things and I have to say I was really lucky to be wearing a wetsuit when a big snapper bit onto my crotch. But the most painful bite has to be a tie between the triggerfish and the lobster. Those were awful and I still have the scar from the triggerfish 3 years later!

Question: when you spear a fish and you’re taking the spear out I notice blood of course, aren’t you attracting sharks? Hahaha not bad at all for being in the middle of eating! Thank you and Happy New Year to you too!! I've never gotten pinched by anything but I have been bitten by a lot of things and I have to say I was really lucky to be wearing a wetsuit when a big snapper bit onto my crotch. But the most painful bite has to be a tie between the triggerfish and the lobster. Those were awful and I still have the scar from the triggerfish 3 years later!

Question: when you spear a fish and you’re taking the spear out I notice blood of course, aren’t you attracting sharks? Why not hand the spear up to the host let him do that avoid blood in the water, just curious. Ty.
Thank you! Yes, it's attracting sharks and other predators. The boat was anchored away from us so we couldn't just hand it over to the captain
