go to your local weed shop and buy some small pipe screens. they make awsome little speakers for the intercom lookin box👍 I gotta go make a few of these now, thanks👊
Omg! Love this! I'm into the 1:12 scale. I came across your channel and a few others with the same scale and I'm so glad I did! I want to create a diorama similar to what you showed at the end of this vid. Do you have tutorials on that? I will view your vids one at a time as I go along here. Thank you. This is the kind of creativity I've been looking for.
Mechbay thanks bro, see I do stop motion animation and I'm look for background like yours, for 1/6 scale figures. I usually use cardboard but now I will follow your genius style of background. Thanks for the tip and creative ideas. You rock!
breakinn403 yea this vid is meant for giving you ideas as to how you can use pink foam to create electronical boxes. However weathering these are pretty simple. Just apply silver paint using the dry brushing method.
@@MechbayStudios Thanks for your reply. I'm considering a project involving a brick wall incorporating a door and electrical plumbing. It's my first go at it and I'm looking for "how to videos". Realistic painting is what creates interest. Again thanks for your feed back.

hi, what are you using on cutting?
What kind of Styrofoam are you using and where did you get it.
R M3 the foam is called Foamular. It's an insulation foam and can be bought at Home Depot.

I know this is an old video but this would have been really useful information if you would have shown how you weathered the pieces. :o(
