    80g Dried Shrimps 虾米
    100g Salty Preserved Radish 咸菜脯
    300g Sweet Preserved Radish 甜菜脯
    80g Cooking Oil 食用油
    30g Chopped Garlic 蒜末
    25g Caster Sugar 白砂糖
    1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
    1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 老抽
    ◆ For Skin 糕皮 ◆
    500g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
    400g Ramie Leaf Juice 苎叶(粗叶)
    80g Caster Sugar 白砂糖
    4 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
    ★ 28 Jackfruit Leaf 28片波罗蜜叶

    把菜脯冼淨 、烘干后才加油煸香 ,不只不会溅油 ,成品还特好 ,格外清香。前几天学作水粿时 ,深切的领教过了。

    大家晚上好😃粗叶做多种糕点都很出色又特别,我最喜欢这种颜色,如波菜色,艾草等都是我的最爱之一,艾草根煮老火汤,叶子就做糕点,粗叶我有做过喜粄,红龟糕,青团,潮州姚粿等等,有时候会把粗叶磨破才做糕点哗真是太美了,粗叶汁加入少许金瓜泥做糕点也很特别😋😋😋

    Why is your chu Yap pan has that green pandan colour. Most of the recipes shared are blackish green.I made also blackish green.
