What up KO? I’ve found out with a quickness that brokers work bankers hours. All I could find to run power only this weekend were trash JB 360 loads. Also was a holiday weekend. Rough start but we’ll try again this week. Stay safe bro.
Damn. Hope it’s a better week for you. I learned about this holiday last year when I sat till Tuesday with no load lol.
Our company is set up with Schneider & they were my fav broker to run loads for. Our old rep, Donald, no longer works there and the new chick we have is bad. There’s no more negotiating on rates; it’s take it or leave it. Donald used to always get us more $ than what it was posted for.
On top of that, almost all the regular lanes I used to run for them are either gone completely or are paying 25-40% less. For example, WI to TX used to pay 3400, now Landstar posts the same load for 2600. Knoxville to Orlando used to go for 2100-2400; that load is completely gone. MN to CO, I’d get 3000; now CHRob has it for 2100.
It seems like CHRob is pricing everyone out and posting all the loads that used to pay well above 2/mi for 1.60 now.

@@LifeOfKO the Knoxville to Orlando load used to be easy money, heavy but worth it. Pick up at 7am deliver next day at 4am. 3x a week, Fresenius Medical supplies. Idk who got that contract now but I think Schneider lost it.
Edit: I just checked outta curiosity. They got one posted on June 3rd for 1737. They still have the contract apparently. They must’ve gave it to company drivers then last 6 months. Last time I saw one was back in January.

@@LifeOfKO $1737 is the posted rate for the 6/3 load. It’s still showing available. Load #: #SL214613253. $2.55/mi 680mi. It used to be posted for 2100 and they’d pay anywhere from $50 to $300 extra depending on how bad they wanted it moved.
those same guys saying 1,500 a load is cheap and grossing 6-7k are the same ones whining that there isnt money out here.. different strokes for different folks. you making shit happen even in the worst economy

Idk what the hell going on with SFI I have a SFI truck leased on to JB Hunt and I haven't seen a settlement since March of this year my CDL was suspended for a month due to some kind of glitch in the system. Im way behind on all the bills including the truck note which I'm about to turn in soon cause rates and loads aren't getting no better over at JB hunt they keep lying about dedicated accounts coming in May. I've seen a lot of guys who has SFI trucks turn them in so I'm definitely stayed tuned on if I hear anything but I still have my SFI rep crystal

Man I left SFI/SNI about 3 weeks ago. Got tired of not getting settlements and canceled loads and could never get home. I went to Prime Inc and man I’m enjoying it. Can’t complain about nothing as of yet. They keep me running and making decent money so far.

Sup my brother...am new with schneider leasing truck through sfi thinking of leaving head to f2f schneider load them guving me access to the 1 load board is rough so f2f has multiple load boards...well any information ill appreciate it man take care
Well it depends tho. I feel like F2F is good if you get on a dedicated or you get a dispatcher because they know the brothers that will work with them and which ones won’t. I used the same ones so I never had a issue but my boy worked there and called several brokers that stated they wouldn’t work with him because of the csa score of f2f

Hey man how is F2F? I run jb hunt as an ic 5 days and gross about 3100 running about 2k miles. Not great. But i do get fuel under 3 buks a gallon consistently with their fuel discount so it evens out a bit. I dont see anyone ok here talking bout the pay at f2f and how much they gross and such. Whats your experience with f2f leasing on and finding loads?
For me it was good. I went flatbed so I’m not there. I was only there till I found a flatbed company

No I was going up 24 to exit 111 and taking that across to 40 then going 40 to the delivery. I went 155 once didn’t like it.

I’ve found out that there is nothing more miserable than truck drivers. Imagine grossing $10k a week and actually having time to be on social media hating on someone on social media. I think he capping tbh.
