I agree, highly underrated. I've only been a few times but have always enjoyed my time there. It's such a large state and I'm interested in getting back to explore more!
Just finished watching your Rt. 89 series and Bryce,Zion, Wow is all I can say such a great job! We then watched your Cairo, Illinois and I feel so sad and depressed seeing all those lovely homes abandoned. So much history in that town and untold stories we could learn from I am sure. Thank you again for all you do. 🙏 safe travels
Thanks! And FYI, Montana is spectacular but the best parts of the trip (in my opinion) are still coming in the some of the other states. I'm definitely glad I did it and would highly recommend it to others!
If I'm not too late, 89A in Arizona, through Jerome, is worthwhile. Edit: And, the old 89 that crosses the Colorado at Lee's Ferry is another excellent drive. If you have time for a visit to the North Rim, you won't be disappointed. And, of course, another excellent video!
Thank you! So I did go through Jerome already on 89A - spectacular. It will be part of my Arizona US 89 video in a few weeks. I basically took 89 all the way to Mexico and took 89A in the couple parts where it split. I tried to do the most scenic route possible. It was great!
Great Job.I love small towns. I'm thinking about a rod trip from bozeman to Glacier National Park. From your perspective how many days should I allow?I look forward to seeing more of your road trips.
Thanks so much for watching! It really depends on how much you want to do. You could do that trip in a few days or literally stay weeks. Glacier is so huge that you can pick a different spectacular hike each day for probably a month. Last time I went there I spent 3 days, but would’ve loved to have stayed longer.
@@TravelwithaWiseguy Thanks for getting back.Maybe the bigger question:My wife and I are in our 60's semi retired thinking of 7-8 day road trip to get Montana off our bucket list.We are from New Hampshire and are trying to fathom the enormity of the state.I want to see everything from little big horn to Glacier National Park in 1 week.We did the Utah road trip taking in all the parks a couple years but I'm thinking this trip needs more time due to it's size or do 1/2 the state in 1 wk. Thanks again for your thoughts. John
@@johnstarkey9843 Gotcha. Yeah Montana is a giant state haha. I haven't been to the eastern part yet, but Bozeman is very nice and anything west of there is amazing. I think once you start seeing the western part of the state you'll be energized to explore quite a bit every day. It does get very crowded at Glacier so you might try planning in advance. I'm 47, so I'm gainig on you haha. But I do a lot of exploring when I go places. Probably too much sometimes. Not sure if that helps, but I'm jealous of your trip!
brother if u would ve made video for 8,8,8,8 towns as u visited 32 towns at once .that would make it way beyond the limit . 10K views does nt worth it since u are professional in your work .
its so beautiful place but u just crosses the street as u are skiping it . why u didnt make video the way you make before .each and every place you explored and alot of information and landmarks u mentioned . this video is not upto the mark .
That wasn’t the point of this video because of how far I was traveling within a certain time frame. Would’ve been impossible to stop and explore like you say.
@@TravelwithaWiseguy but the way u explore the things as u showed on the 1st video i watched from yourside was the one where u lead us to quintana beach . i think that was your best video ever . can u mention the link again for that video i wanna see quintana beach again .
I've worked in Montana many times over the years. It never seems to disappoint. Absolutely natural beauty at it's finest.

fantastic video I love seeing the small towns and beautiful scenery!
Montana is always great to explore - especially this part!
The scenery was beautiful. Hiking would have been another experience. Really a wonderful place for viewing mountains.😊
Second time watching this 89 of Montana with all beautiful areas.
Aww thanks! 😊

Thank you Melody! I appreciate you watching all those videos! I’ve had fun visiting those places and documenting my trips!
The bridges are awesome. Such a pretty place.
Montana never disappoints! Such a beautiful and mostly still natural place!
Magnificent!
Stayed in Gardiner, Mt. a few years back. We drove over "The Beartooth" (Hwy212) and went thru the northern part of Yellowstone. Nice small town.
Very nice town! Such a beautiful part of the country as well!
Great now I have to add HWy 89 to my bucket list
Fantastic job

I wonder if you're allowed in the waterfall because that looked refreshing
I did a see a few people go in there. The water up there is very refreshing for sure!
Do you travel alone
Almost always yes
Just not in winter;
Very true! 😂
