SI said that stamina would have a larger impact on gegenpress It's not that the gegenpress is completely nerfed. It's that it requires the correct players So Dortmund is fine, because they have the players for it. Trying to do it with a semi pro team will be less effective That's what they meant by it
Very much looking forward to it. As a person who fails at creating tactics and usually downloads knap or someone else's tactics (even so, i try not to just plug and play, I do try to fit the team I have with the required tactic, but this is where my knowledge ends) Im very much looking forward to more and different tactics from creators like knap. Geggenpress is boring at this point. Also it seems that even for teams like dortmund that have the ability to play geggenpress, doing so in big matches like the one against bayern might not be the answer.
as long as other tactics are viable, especially 1 striker formations, im fine with it. but it does make a lot more sense that you need high stamina/natural fitness/workrate players to properly employ a gegenpress... lets see how it turns out!
The new players movement/graphics engine has the ability to improve the game year on year. It’s the first year they’ve had more than 3 animators. So many people buying the game has lend to them being able to bring in even more staff members. I can only imagine what they’d be able to do if most of them was in the office, instead of working from home. Some staff are in different countries so will never work in the offices.
Very excited for the new game. I jumped off fifa a few years ago. I saw fm21 on the Xbox store, but I heard this game can be overwhelming. So I searched for some videos on it and found this channel. So I watched a couple of Kevs videos and decided to give it a try. And now I'm hooked.
Looking forward to the new game. Whenever I have a lull in my interest I stop playing and watch you Kevin then soon I’m back into it. Hope enough people bought through 2game for you and you can go on holiday
Lets not forget Kev you are Dortmund so using the Gergenpress wont effect you so much, i think the point was taking a team in the National League and using a Gergenpress wont Necessarily work.
It shouldn't really be even that. If that specific team has good positioning, stamina and work rate, geggenpress should (theoretically) still work in lower leagues.
Same thoughts. I was kinda looking forward to fm 22 but saw this vid and realized that there's not much changes or additional features. I love playing fm 21 due to other features like showing the value of the club, reports made regarding leagues, etc, but from this vid, lines are still the same from fm 21.
@@jadelachenal8702 So far probably the only addition of FM22 that I really like is that Countries' youth ratings is now variable, which is funny cuz that's a minor change and nobody even bothered to talk about it
So, more meetings and more data to scan through fast and not really analyze? I know it's difficult to add new features because they've created a fantastic and realistic game, but this looks like the ultimate re-skin of the previous year.
Hmm i disagree i feel like the way they represend information is much better in this version of the game sure the information was always there but now it feels more accesable I am still on fm20 and i feel like now a upgrade is justified
Everytime I look at jude Bellingham, my head goes, Heyyyyy Juuuuddddeee. Think you missed you trick there Kev with the barca save. A little Hey Jude rendition by the kev man everytime jude scored would've been a lot of fun in that barca save
22 comes too early for me! I’m not done with 21 yet. I’m very curious about the new match animations but I will focus on 22 only after the first couples of patches are out.
Hey Kev, I'm catching up on some of the series and don't know if you found out how to bring up league table in matches. In the bottom right corner there's a small box that's the same color as your bench. If you click that, it pops up the league table, etc.
Kev: buys Haaland for Leicester in FM21, plays him as a complete forward. It doesn't work very well. After more than half a season, he finally gives in and plays him as an advanced forward. Haaland starts bagging goals. Also Kev: starts playing Haaland as a complete forward until he presumably remembers the Leicester experience....
I mean that's what you'd expect of your world class striker against the lower teams. You'd expect them to fill their boots and have lots of chances while expect a little tighter affair against the big teams.
The new game looks really good. I'm actually more excited about the Staff Meetings than I thought I'd be. They look like they're collecting up some things that were more annoying to do manually and giving you one convenient place to do all of them. The one real criticism I have is that the match engine clearly has new animations but they look a little clippy, with players clipping through each other occasionally. Hope that's ironed out at some point by full release.
Really want to see more from the supposed improved AI defending, because the marking seems pretty abysmal - seems anyone streaming content is so focused on goals.
What the Best for playing FM 2022 with a huge database and all leagues open? AMD ryzen 5950x, Intel i9 - 10900k or Intel i9 - 11900k? What about RAM? (2 x 32gb) 64gb 3600mhz ddr4, Enough? 🙏🤔
That last 3rd goal for Haaland......what role and instructions have you got for Reus such that he would pass the ball to the centre instead of trying to dribble along the byline towards the goal to take a shot himself? My forward players in FM21 keep doing that even when there's a player better positioned for them to cut the ball back to, it's frustrating as hell to see that.
Reus was on a standard attacking midfielder instruction i think. Or maybe a shadow striker. I don’t actually remember! No shenanigans going on though, it’s just a standard position
@@lollujo I swear they said something about controller support back in their initial announcement about FM22 but I can’t find anything about it anymore.

What do you guys think of these games not having any music? I get it's not a focus, but wasn't it weird for you the first time you played? I always assumed streamers and youtubers just had the music off for copyright reasons, then hopped in and was absolutely surprised.
I'm very disappointed with how the game looks. It's been the same game for 5 years now and it needs changes. I don't see any change in this year's edition that would make me buy this game.
The direction has been toward presenting the game to console players imo. When a change to the set-piece creator for the first time in 7 years would have been nice.
@@F.M.Romania from what I've seen these animations really don't make a great deal of difference. To be honest, it just feels like the same old game we've played for the past 5 years.

Since you normally play on PC, and you have a Switch anyway, I’d love to hear what you think about the Tablet version of FM Touch being taken away. For a toddler dad who can’t have the switch out or take it to work, it’s a big disappointment. The iPad was perfect for FM. I’ll try Steam Link, but I hate leaving a computer running at home.
Xcloud is probably going to be the best solution for playing on iPad, but it’ll work out more expensive than touch used to be. Even when I had a real job and young kids I never really played the iPad or mobile versions, so I don’t think it would have really bothered me too much. But I know for some people that was their main way of playing, but I guess just not enough people to justify continuing to make it
@@lollujo yeah, $15/month and it would be my only game on Xbox. I’ll try the Steam Link app and report back. If I can get it working, then maybe my laptop becomes my FM always on machine. I guess not much different than the rest. ;)

Haaland 9 goals in first 3 league games, even as good as he is thats a bit OP.
