Decided to give this kit a try as I liked the Electrical burn look and my last Leo Jaymz guitar was really nice for the money . This kit did not disappoint. The neck joint was tight and needed no shimming . Everything fit nicely . The wire harness was nice as no solder required , the pots are small but work fine. Intonation was easy so everything was prepped correctly. Fret work was nice , not the round fret ends you are seeing but done nicely. I had one high fret , but one tap and it was good to go. For under $200 I have a really nice playing guitar to add to my collection.

is the neck supposed to just sink in? on my kit i feel i need to " tap" it in place.... dont want to do anything like that until i confirm. from videos i've seen they seem to just drop in, maybe i need to sand mine a bit? any suggestions. thx

I just tilted the neck (tuner end) up a bit and it dropped in for a tight fit - good luck
