Ingredients and its quantity:
Digestive Biscuits or Graham Crackers 100 gm
Unsalted Butter 45 gm
Cream Cheese 100 gm
Yoghurt 50 gm
Sugar 30 to 40 gm
Whipping Cream 100 ml
Gelatin 10 gm + 15 gm
Mango 200 gm
Note : The quantity i used in the video is actually double the quantity.

Hi chef , pls clarify the following :
1. Size of the mould
2. Initially said that you are using 200gm biscuits , but in the description it said 100 gm - so the rest of the ingredients which u actually specified in the description is fir 200gm biscuits base or 100gm biscuit base ? For example the cream cheese , yoghurt , gelatin etc.
3. Agar agar 15gm to be dissolved in 40ml water and need to be cooked / boiled , before adding into the mixture is it ?
The size of the mould is 20 cm diameter. Please use 100 gm biscuits. Agar Agar should be melted before its added. Please try and share your feedback. Thank you very much.❤️😍🙏.
