Yes, the DJI RC N2 is similar to the DJI RC N1 and even the new DJI RC N3 on the back of the controllers which you can change in the settings. Many thanks for watching.
Apparently this new Ocusync 4 is not compatible with the older drones, can you do a test to find out if these newer Ocusync 4 controllers will or will not work with say, a Mini 3 or other old DJI drones that use Ocusync 2.
It would be interesting to see if they are at least backwards compatible. The Mini 3 is 02, the Mini 3 Pro, which I have, is O3. O4 is only available with newer drones such as the Mini 4 Pro and Air 3 at the moment. A bit of a pain if you are a bit of an enthusiast that has a few drones for sure, I read the extremely expensive RC Pro is not O4 compatible. I would not be happy putting down $1529AUD (my currency) for one only to find that it only has O3+ Transmission (which range wise is in between O3 and O4). For that money I could buy a Mini 4 Pro with an O4 controller.
I will add it to my list but I can say I did pick up my RCN1 by mistake the other day to fly my Air 3 and it's not compatible. Many thanks for watching.
@@Austech The worse thing in my opinion is, there's videos of people doing flight tests with the Air 3 and losing signal at a close distance from the drone. Thus I still prefer the Mini 3 with its OcuSync 2.0.
Not seen much on RUclips about the DJI RCN2 so thought I would make a short video of the RCN2 - many thanks for watching

Top man Chris - yes! old guys ROCK!!!!

What's the difference between the RC N2 and RC N3?
Good question and one you will have to wait when I get one - thanks for watching.
afaik nothing much except that the N3 has a smaller battery, ie. shorter run time. on the plus side this also makes it lighter
What’s the use of that C And S for pls?
Hi, I take it your on about C for Cinematic and S for Sports made, two further modes if you want slow or fast speeds.
@@shaunthedrone thank you!
Does the RC-N2 have any customizable buttons?

Звук на него можно писать на mic2. С пультом n2?
Many thanks for the info and thanks for watching.
Is there a difference with the sounds of both controllers
Good question, not that I've noticed, should be both the same. Many thanks for watching.
Broh you miss the main thing…RCn1 have white ⚪️🔋percentage lights and RCn2 have green 🟢🔋percentage lights
Many thanks for the info.
