Looks fantastic Ricer. I’ve always found the spiral hams come out too smoky on a pellet grill but I never thought of tenting it after it comes up to temp to keep from over smoking. Nice tip. Also love your glaze. I always have gone with the old crunched pineapple brown sugar and mustard route. I gotta try yours. Happy Holidays Ricer and Nation.

What budget friendly thermometers would you recommend. I have the Pit Boss 1600 but found that the temperature reading on the probes it comes with are about 10-15 degrees off

You don't even have to cook it. 130-140 gets the bone warm and the that center bite is warm. You can run it up whatever you like. Thanks for watching!
