He's not making fun of them, it's seem as toxic but what he says is truthfully, most low elo players don't recognize call outs or listen to communication he's mad at it but it's also good that he's pointing it out, players in that elo will notice it and improve on it, sure it's toxic but it's helping players improve.

There's literally no difference between a diamond and a challenger player 'visiting' silver. They both carry literally just as hard. Also nothing special happened, you had a good score and carried, even a silver player does this once in a while in his own elo. The cringy titles become annoying when they make no actual sense. Just say "visiting silver again".

I honestly prefer hail of blades, feel like it gives more damage than electro, and it also makes the combos feel smoother, and allows you to pounce from bush to bush really fast to chase them down
Ladder4Top you can go elec with sorcery second taking absolute focus and gathering storm, since elec scales off AD and it synergizes with your passive it helps for one shots. HoB is really good for early game skirmishes
