Normally in "low elo" (lower than platinum), it's usually smurfs, in gold people starts to go AFK and if the game doesn't go as they want they bring their "100% WR in KR build" at which they end 0/12 at 20 mins and even then, people doesn't want to FF the game... At least that's how it is in LAS server...
