IMO, Tweety and the Magic Gems is a hidden, ahem... "gem" in Kemco's line of Looney Tunes games. It is a party game similar in concept to Mario Party, where you get to play as one of six Looney Tunes characters, and the goal of the game is to find the five magic gems that reverse the curse that turns Tweety to stone. Along the way, you get to play mini-games to earn character points that allow you to buy items that will help you in your quest, like feathers that multiply the number of spaces you can move, or bells that will keep an opponent from stealing a specific colored gem if you lose to them in a duel.
I remembered this game existing very recently, and I'm so glad to have found this, because the music was one of the things that I remembered about it!
