Catch and Cook Tailor - Smoked Fish & Dill Dip

Every winter I look forward to fishing for Tailor and growing dill in the garden.
The two make a perfect match for one of my favorite fish recipes. Smoked Tailor and Dill Dip is delicious and very easy to make.

getting a fair few off snapper point just watch you don't hook a surfer. they fight well but not worth the trouble
