You are correct, those are swivel buckets...I should have shown that in the video. I'm sure your friend's looked great in black and gold. I had a 73 Chevelle when I was about 20....it had a very similar body.
You're definitely right, that's the first thing I'd consider changing on most classic cars is the trans. Having an overdrive transmission makes them a lot more useful on a daily basis.
you just made my day Jeff..you just gave me motivation to finish color sanding my 74 cutlass supreme...this is your best video ever...I am a little biased I know that you showed the 73 cutlass supreme sometime ago when I found your channel..but this is the best love for the Cutlass Supreme s!!!!! Beautiful car. I owned a 1973 442 with a 350,4 speed. It was blue with white vinyl top and white interior and white racing stripes. I know how this car feels on the road. Love the swivel bucket seats. They were very convenient for kicking snow off your boots before driving. Just swivel, sit and clean your shoes. Thanks for showing it. Good price too. You couldn't buy a new car with this kind of styling. Awesome.
Not real No dual gate Had a W30 455 This one doesn’t even have the W25 sticker It belongs where the Cutlass moniker is on the front fenders Indy sticker goes on the back quarters
Hey Jeff! Never, have I seen this Style Vinyl Top treatment it's so cool! I would love this car if it had PW. did you see the CLOCK on the left side of the steering wheel? That is so weird to not b placed central located. Beautiful find Jeff!

Thanks for taking a look at this one!
RUclips isn't letting me reply to some of you, so... Thanks for watching everybody!
Did you do the interior white? Wasn't the original interior black?
I plan on finding myself a nice third generation F-body too....maybe a GTA. Thanks for taking a look at this Cutlass Alberto!
That is pretty quick for those gears and that elevation. Can't blame you for going for the Buick Grand National...one of my favorites.
Strange, I saw that comment on another video I watched tonight. I agree with you, but still strange. I also love the Hurst Olds. I had a 79.
Yes, they are swivel buckets....I should have mentioned that. Thanks for taking a look!
Man, you sure get up early. Thanks for taking a look Matt!

They always have an awesome selection of cars there. They have two showrooms full....it really is a paradise. Thanks for watching!
One of the nicer examples out there for sure, and very reasonably priced to boot!

You had a four speed 442?! Wow! I bet that was a blast to drive
Glad you like it my friend. Good luck with yours...I'd like to see it when it's finished.
And to think I owned one of these when I was 18, right out of high school. Girls puller, loved the middle back seat.
Really enjoy your presentations. I'm an old car guy and you do an outstanding job
My friend has a 77 Olds Cutlass but it,s not the Hurst model but the Brougham 2 door in mint condition.
Tribute Replica!
That's a swashbuckling beauty!
I really like this Oldsmobile cutlass these were the last few years of the beautiful muscle cars
I try to stay current on your vids everyday! Thanks for sharing!
Hello, that is a really nice car. I really enjoy our videos.
I saw one in Plainview Texas sitting for many years. I don't know if it ran . When I was finnally gonna inquire it was gone.
Cool bro
very cool car.
You sure like the Fbody's don't you :)
a pimpin' pace car! I like it.
Not real

Had a W30 455

the car has the wrong date on door the race was on may 26th not 27th
The date on the pace car is wrong. Should be May 26,1974
Gorgeous, I love the swivel bucket seats !
Yep, this one is really slick. Thanks for checking it out my friend!
#s may match but its a clone. Real pace car would have a 455 and Hurst dual gate shifter
What an awesome find, I had no idea that the hurst olds pace cars existed in this year model. Any idea if the bucket seats swivel?
Why does this car not have the "Dual Gate" shifter?
Hurst basically stopped offering them around 1973, I think.
any updates on the firebird
wow! cream puff
