Hey guys I have done many workouts but this is effective so I started yesterday it wasn't that hard I do 2 sets of this and 2 set of an other workout Day1-✅ Day2-✅I woke in the morning with hard abs . I did it too Day3-✅ I got my periods today so I did do half ( till the the mountain climber) Day4-❌ I did not do any Day5- ✅ I did two set of this and two sets of the other one. Guys this is insane I can feel that my abs have hardend and I can see it has define better than how it was before Edit : it has been a week I see huge difference
Day 1: was good. Nothing changed Day 2: same thing as yesterday Day 3: felt weak and stomach burned half way through Day 4: busy Day 5: taking a break because i started my period and felt like doing nothing today Day 6: did it today yay! But nothing yet Day 7: did it. Felt week but still did it 2nd week Day 8: in a bad mood taking a break Day 9: i'll do this during summer. Be back soon after school
I thought that I gained abdominal muscles from these exercises, but no, I was doing other exercises with her, and when I stopped her, nothing changed. There is a channel called Chloe Ting in which there are very good exercises for the abdominal muscles. I advise you to practice them
@@k-popdance9638 tbh in my opinion I don't prefer chloe ting cuz when I do her workouts especially ab ones i dont really feel the burn tho it may work for you but not me I prefer Mish Choi, Alexis Ren and Pamela Reif they're my all time fav cuz they burn alot and you can feel it the other day my abs are in painnn lol

@@yoonavibes1041 yeah its very effective actually i felt my mucles getting a lot stronger !! i got some lines but i got sick for a few days so they kina reduced but they are still there ! you HAVE to be consistent tho. And the results are good if you do both kazuha's workout and their 100 burpee, jumping jack etc workout :))

wow just came across this video while looking for an ab workout and now im sweating like a pig but i totally enjoyed the workout i can feel my abs burning!
i'll do this 6 days of the week and see how many time it takes to get results! day 1: i wasn't used to this workout so i didn't do this well, but i'll try to improve my workout. day 2: as i expected i didn't get any results yet but i was able to do this workout better. day 3: was busy all day and tired when get home so i didn't do. day 4: i did the workout almost perfect, i think tomorrow i'll be able to do right day 5: was tired, took a break day 6: gave up in the halfway its embarrassing but tomorrow i'll try better note: im taking a 15s break between each exercise!
