I am not an US citizen but here in Europe we watch a lot what's going on in America. I don't understand one thing : why he shouldn't be held accountable for breaking the law because of his age and so-called poor memory, but he's considered fit to be the President and ruling such a big country. Sorry but to me he looks like a man who has lost his mind.
Most of the people I know would agree with you.
In a purely reasonable system he would be impeached either way - he is either corrupt or senile, neither is fit for office.

The main takeaway is that Hur did not find Biden guilty of anything. The additions about his age is likely due to their political differences. I like neither party but it seems evident to me

If he aced one why did he need more? Maybe because he did not aced the first one and paid for the results of others? I have my results and questions in paper here, why doesn’t he show us those paper results? If you pass one with flying colors like me, why did he need so many?

Impeachment inquiries are for impeachment, the special counsel was appointed by the DOJ but wasn’t for impeachment. Not even sure why you’re bringing this up to be honest.
Civil or criminal cases do need to meet a standard of evidence which wasn’t met.
Not too hard to figure out if you have even a basic understanding of how the system works.
Here is common sense for all of you to listen up “how can a man not be charged for willful illegal acts but is too senile and old to charge BUT remain as sitting president and run for reelection “? 4) Prosecutors are clairvoyant and have the ability to read jurors’ minds and predict their verdicts, even before a jury is even chosen or a single bit of evidence is presented in a courtroom.
One more: if that person’s name is Trump, That person must be indicted and send to jail.

It’s not. He’s simply saying they don’t have the element of intent. They can’t convince a jury Joe is guilty of an offence that requires intent when none was discovered. It is present with Trump’s case. Hope that clears things up.

Like when Trump lied and told his staff to hide the documents after saying there were none. That would be the final element of intent.
The “reading classified docs” you’re referring to was explained as well. It was just correspondence between a vp and president for a speech. Not the same high level classified information Trump had shared with that reporter. But what I’m clearing up is the question that was asked up above. There is no gaslighting, this was explained in the hearing if you had actually watched it instead of running to the comments instead to pick a fight.
Watch the whole hearing, or google this information if you’re so inclined. But don’t melt down on me for explaining the hearing and how prosecution works. You know you’re unhinged when you’re attacking people for explaining the process…😂

To my original point, regardless of legal process, we the people expect the application of law to be fair and balanced, and for Justice to remain blind, just as her would be "logo" shows her to be (in all intention of the law). Now, to know what to argue against, in your case, I suggest you first understand the claim. My claim was that investigation of the facts as expressed in this hearing makes clear that Biden read aloud Classified documents to the ghost-writer authoring a BOOK. A book is not a speech, as any high IQ person such as yourself knows. By taking a snippet of fact, and redirecting the narrative, you have drawn a Red Herring across the Fox's trail, or the criminal's in some cases. The hounds have good noses, though, so it won't work.
As for your attempt at further insults toward people with opinions you dislike, let's address the word "meltdown". I leave that business quite literally to Hillary supporters, people who get away with burning down their cities and maiming or killing servants of society, people who take over control of police stations for weeks without consequences, and the like. Thank you for helping me prove the point in further examples that Justice certainly isn't blind in the eyes of US Democrats. They excuse whom they excuse and accuse whom they accuse normally following a line of political affiliation that only a deaf bat cannot see. There are now thousands of such examples across the US. The evidence is too overwhelming and widespread to be denied any longer, even by you. That public realization, my friend, is what this hearing before our elected representatives of the people was born out of.
Of course, half the people support bias which benefits their party, but such bias inside the US Justice System is no less illegal. In fact, our Founders warned AGAINST political parties, for the very issues brought to light here in these arguments. Namely, the argument herein is that Biden can do no wrong in his party's eyes, regardless of how long he has been breaking laws, or how long his family has been funneling profits from Pay-To-Play schemes, funded by US tax payers who cannot afford both nutrition and medicine. At the same time, Biden is encourgaed by his Democratic Party to weaponize the Justice System against his main political opponent for re-election this 2024 year. In fact, it was put into practice during the Office of the ACTUAL President when Biden took Classified Documents, blaming it on staff who might not have had sufficient Clearances. Certainly, the people in Joe's garage didn't all have Clearances, right? Truth is truth, regardless of party affiliation, but you would not think so in these opening statements. The rest of the world sees the problem of the glaring US Democrat bias in question. People abroad are watching and calling Democrats out for the increase of divisive political bias in the Justice System and Kangaroo Courts. Often foreign citizens recognize the political, social, and intellectual attempts at intimidation because they have had to endure them abroad.
America was designed to be different that way, but as of late it isn't any longer. Citizens of different parties are no longer treated the same by Democrats. Just ask Michael Bloomberg, who told his thousands of reporters not to publish one bad word about a single Demicrat during the election cycle of 2020. Can we trust his media then? Bloomberg backs that agenda with $Millions in political donations. Money buys favor for a while, but people who seek truth find it. You cannot sweep daylight under a rug, ever. Btw Senators, Congressmen, and VP's, all receive confidential and classified documents. Don't know where you heard that because he had them he should be charged because he's not supposed to have received them. No one should have classified documents after they leave office. The only reason Trump got charged was because he wouldn't give them back and actually tried to hide them from the FBI and got caught. Biden and Pence both gave them back voluntarily once they discovered they had them. That is the difference between why Biden and Pence are not being charged and Trump was charged.
In fact, Biden has clairvoyant memory and future seeing, for knowing which doc he would be needing for his book on his presidential legacy, when senator and VP. In a sane world, yes. But more importantly, as I understand it, he was not entitled to classified documents as he was not President at the time. The keeping of classified docs is a privilege only given to Presidents leaving office. What Biden did is criminal.
