This is awesome. Man why cant a guy like you be sponsored by big companies. Your fish room alone has inspired more than any company i have ever seen.

BTW: those laser thermometers work the same whether or not the visible red laser is on, because they generally use a non-visible laser for the actual temp calculation.

Awesome Congo’s!! I have 10 males in my planted 75. That plant (rotella) does that need co2? I love it!

The fish are really cool! But I’m even happier that your kitty came home. It’s the worst not knowing what happened to one of them.

Hi after advise. I'm new to the aquarium thing. I have a 85l long tank. Have 2 electric blue ram 2 congo tetras 10 neon tetras. Is there room to add more and if so what would you add?

My Congo tetras are doing the same thing just about every day but I can never see the eggs because I have a whole mess of rainbowfish in with them. What's your suggestion for me to get the eggs out to raise some

    • @LRBaquatics
      @LRBaquatics  5 лет назад +2

I would say you would prolly have to take the rainbows out, they love to eat eggs as soon as they come out and are prolly conditioned to follow them and eat them. It would be better to take the rainbows out then the congos since they are already comfortable enough to breed in that tank they are in.

    I have 5 females and 4 males.
    All in excellent health.
My males (which I have been waiting for,for over a year),are in mate mode now. The female is a bad girl. She cant make up her mind which boy they want.
Hopefully,my tank is comfortable for them.
    I have a 55 gallon at a constant 77 degrees F ,
    Ammonia is 0
    pH is 6.4
    Nitrite is 0
    Nitrate is 10.
Does that sound good for them?
As far as plants,...no fine leaved.
    Have Anubias B.
    Have Water Wisteria.
And a couple real dark, thin leaved coarse plants..dont know what type.
