- NOT sponsored This week the Urban Decay Brow Blade landed on my desk (gifted) and it has changed my brow game! I've been hooked on the MAC Shape + Shade Brow Tint since it came out but this brow blade kicks its butt!
I was always missing the pencil part when it came to my MAC pen; now and again you need to define the shape with something more substantial and I found myself reaching for a separate pencil to do just that. I've never used the powder at the other end of the Shape + Shade so that part is a waste of money for me.
This Brow Blade has everything I need in one handy (and alluring) Purple pen!
Also, the major selling point for me is that this product is CRUELTY-FREE, unlike my previous favourite, AND the brush tip on this pen is even finer so the hair strokes appear more realistic!
This technique is the best way to achieve natural-looking full eyebrows.

Gurl, I’ve been in love with that product for about 2 months now! The pencil side is wonderful and really doesn’t budge. Plus, regardless of what side you use, it’s so quick and easy!! Also, thank you for demoing/walking through the pen side!!

For those wanting something a bit cheaper, Soap & Glory have been doing a product like this for a while. I haven't tried it yet but apparently it's really good. Definitely available in the UK. Emma x
keepfitgirl Tony Moly does a fabulous one as well. Only with the ink pen (no pencil or spoolie) but you can get on eBay direct from Korea and it's incredible. Tried the Mac one and went straight back to the Tony Moly. I think it's called 7 day tattoo pen. (It doesn't last 7 days... as I fully cleanse my face every night). But it's brilliant.
I’ve been using the soap and glory one for a couple years now! My go to brow product and the tint side works for touch ups on my brows as well!!

Shonagh you are my go to brow instructor ever since I watched your brows 3 ways video a few years ago. My brows are way more sparse than yours so that video has saved me time and time again. Thanks so much for this rec, I’m going to try the Dark Drapes shade! Question: have you ever tried the Ardell Stroke A Brow pen? I’ve read it’s a fairly good one as well. Happy weekend!

How long does it take to do your eyebrows this way? The video makes it look so quick and easy, but of course it’s edited and she’s very talented. Lots of youtube gurus say they fill in their brows with “hair like strokes” but very, very few actually carefully draw in every single stroke like Shonagh does. I feel like it would take me forever.
Mochaccino when I first tried this technique it took me about 10 minutes to do - which was way longer than my usual brow routine with a pencil but now it takes me maybe 60 seconds per eye maximum. It’s just about getting used to using a new product and being confident with it. If you’re not confident then your lines will be wonky and wobbly, the more you practice the better you’ll be with it! ☺️👍🏼

I was so excited to get it. I ordered brunette but, the color is so warm that I gave it to my mom who has lighter hair color. She likes it a lot.
LabNYorkie Same here! Well, they kindly gifted me this, I did ask for taupe or an ashy colour but received the Brunette - which is fine. I’ll purchase the correct colour as I absolutely love this pen!

Taupe is the coolest shade. I've since tried Neutral Nana and it's still too warm for me.

Brown Blade! In my opinion, just because the cool colour available in the Brow Blade that isn’t available in the ABH one. PLUS, you also get the brow pencil on the opposite end of the Brow Blade.
