me making my sim in sims 2
Lmao
lmao real but in sims 4
Facial ratios and symmetry are universal
Yep,, that's why I'm internationally ugly😂
I don’t think that’s the matter - perfect symmetry is unnatural, usually pictures of perfectly symmetrical faces don’t really attract people, but make them suspect something wrong.
Try flipping your face in Photoshop lmao, it's a nightmare. It's more complicated than this.
@@rian5574that’s actually very true. i saw myself looking at unusually attractive people because of random shorts etc and instead of saying wow i was like why is his face or his jaw like that. I am also unusually attractive, hopefully not to that degree though.
facial harmony is more important, you can have unique features or be asymmetrical, alien features or out of proportions and still look good.
Interesting. I would love to see a longer video in this
When the eyes are far apart and droop, it looks like the person has fetal alcohol syndrome.
Exactly lol
yeah poor development
💀
lmao 💀
Greta Thunberg :
As a drawing artist it's really interesting to create more different faces
No one ever talks about pupil distance, how pupils too close together can look crosd eyed and too far apart can look weird too. It can look charming if its not extreme like Ashley Graham has pupils a bit closer together and Penelope Cruz has them a bit far apart.
And like Jason mamoa
These shorts are really helpful
Can you do one for Chloe Bailey she has distinctive eyes that are far apart. I'd like to see what it would look like if they were a bit closer.
Hailey, her sister, does too, her are even further apart
@@viviantoblerone Now that you mention it I actually meant Hailey I always mix them up😭
@@KatekyoKenIt's actually Halle Bailey not Hailey. Yea, first I saw her I immediately noticed her eyes too far apart, but it also gave her an eternal (Idk if that's the right word, like whimsical/fairy) vibe. Paired with her small round face, she looks like a lot like Ariel, lol.
@@dj_nyx8903ethereal!
I'm confused for some reason I find B just as attractive as A in the second picture. Can anyone help me explain this or is it just personal preference? I can totally agree with all of the other pictures that A is more attractive though!
I found B to be more attractive to me, A is univerally considered beautiful
probably you are blind
It's possible that the eyes in the B photo for the guy have the medial canthus more vertically aligned with the width of his nose which still creates a degree of harmony in the face generally (whereas his nose in photo A is a bit too wide relative to his interpupilary distance). But in terms of the eyes, they are objectively less attractive.
Different areas in the face that are harmoniously aligned creates different kinds of attractiveness even despite having some misaligned areas. But this is granting that enough areas are in alignment to create someone who is at least on the attractive end of average or above
@@ThomasJDavis thank you!!! that makes sense!!!
I tend to like faces with wider set eyes (to a degree) and in all of these examples, I prefer the B version - especially in the third example with the white girl, I think the A version honestly looks a bit silly..
I have read a study that said that people with closer than normal set eyes tended to have a few less IQ points on average, and that is the feeling that face gives me.
The first example is made to look worse because of the tilting - in my opinion.
But hey, maybe I am subconsciously into fetal alcohol syndrome lol (hope not)
Just handing insecurities the way McDonald's hands out mcnuggets.
Its science. Attractiveness is mostly objective.
Positive canthal tilt is the goat
For women. On men it's neutral or else they look like a pretty girl with a beard.
@@zavdab5238 that's simply not true.
@@marisolet a strong positive canthal tilt angle gives a very feminine cat eyes look. Men benefit from masculine hunter eyes at a more neutral tilt angle.
@@zavdab5238 that's true

What’s up with the Interstellar background theme music? 😅
How come i like the droopy ones for every picture?
I'm glad for these videos. I am tired of seeing "Beauty is subjective", everywhere. Im saying that that statement is false, but it's way WAY more complex and nuanced than that..
Weirdly I like both
On some people heavy eyes look sorta dreamy/ethereal 👌🏻
Yeah I think this fella is talking bs 😪
Beauty is subjective. I love droopy eyes because they’re unique and you don’t come across them that often
Anya Taylor-joy has entered the chat.
Alien looking girl
She did have plastic surgery though (not on her eyes)
Exception not the rule. Her face is harmonious
Anya face has the frame to well support wider distance than average eyes. Photoshop her eyes to average distance will look off.
Why? Her eyes and face are cute
So in other words looks does matter to a certain degree
Always did
obviously! :)
I really the the b ones
I actually find in these examples the further apart eyes sexier
Working in a opticians I noticed eye space regulary and certainly makes a difference for attractiveness, we all like symmetrical .
Honestly kinda like option B, has a more unique and interesting face imo. I guess that's what people mean when they talk about certain arbitrary standards, that A is supposedly just 'better' when it doesn't really need to be?

A is objectively better. It means that your face has developed normally.
In the last girl, the second pic looked better though .
Indeed way better
are you blind perhaps

Is there anything one can do about eyes too close together? They're not awfully close, but i've always had very dark shadows on the inner corners that just won't go away, which make them look even closer..
I have them too, actually many people have it, idk what to do tho, I don't even know the reason why they are there and when they appeared
One thing I do is pluck my brows to make them further apart in the middle than my eyes, it gives the illusion of more space there. Idk how to work around the shadows tho, I have them under my eyes but there's not much I can do than keep my head lifted. When it comes to makeup I put white eyeshadow in my inner corner but idk how well that works if the area is shadowed cuz it's not discoloration it's lighting. Only other thing I can think of is eye liner to lengthen it on the outside and drag your focus out more, but I'm pretty shit at eyeliner so I don't really know how to do it.
@sprigganpanda
A most drastic solution would be some sort of plastic surgery regarding your eyes...
I've seen a lot of good results for people who have dark circles under or around their eyes. "Fat transfer" in the eye area can also help reverse what gravity has done. Check out "upper and/or lower eyelid blepharoplasty" procedures on RUclips. Some of the outcomes are truly amazing - and life-changing!
There are some excellent surgeons, among them: Dr. Nayak out of St. Louis and Dr. Karam in San Diego. Take a look at their clients' "Before" and "After" photos...
Idk i actually liked the guy on the right better
He seems like more chill
Nahh
Haha this looks so funny!
I have droopy eyes and eyebrows... feelsbadman
FYI, the example faces here are all AI-generated
I preferred the bottom ones , they seemed more appealing to me because the top ones just looked conventional
almond shape with straight lower eyelid
These features look better on someone who naturally has them. If you take someone with average eye distance and upturned eyes than edit them to have wider/closer distance and down turned eyes of course it’s gonna look strange. I think downturned eyes for example are very pretty. Anyways, someone can look good with any of these traits, especially if they’re confident in the way they look. Everyone is beautiful, the idea of beauty is subjective so a look that someone prefers could be completely different than another person.
so mewing is really important then?
Mewing literally is a natural is tongue posture. It's can't change your eye shape.
So dark under eye circles are a result of poor face bones?? :((((
I wouldn't say it that way... If your dark under eye is caused by sunken eyes then it's more a result of thin skin layer in that area.
Yes. That’s why some actors who are over 50 or close to 60 don’t have those.
Of course fillers and surgeries play a role, but people with bad facial development have dark circles in in 20ties 30ties.
Since I broken my nose multiple times, I have them since 12-13y.
It badly impacted my facial development, although I get compliments still even though I’m 31. Would been a model probably i not for the broken nose and mouth breathing in sleep for almost 30years.
@@spinx5943 it's not recommended as it can cause bad side effects.
@@spinx5943 That implies that one wants to do such procedures…
For me it's more so lack of fat and thin skin in the undereye region, my bone structure is pretty good otherwise. If I'm tired or dehydrated my eyes get more sunken, but with good sleep and drinking plenty of water it's not as bad. It's also just rather common amongst my ethnicity so in my case at least I don't think every one of us just has bad face bones lol.
Beauty lies in symmetry
I'd say harmony
Not necessarily at all. It is about the features themselves. Some faces are perfectly symmetrical but not beautiful.
Are number of people actually agree from different ethnicities?
I'm so ugly and there's nothing I can do about any of it. It's not like I can change the shape or position of my eyes.
Can I have this in centimeters please? 😅 the length of the eyes etc
The question is, does that hold up in person?
Huh, is it weird i find droopy eyes more attractive? lmao
Oh man 😮
Bruh these vids makin me realize my shits underdeveloped 😩
Interstellar ❤
I don't care much if the eyes look more droopy, I just tend to like bigger irises/pupils as they are cuter. Like when people wear coloured contacts that make their iris bigger I think their eyes are prettier. But also big pupils, black eyes are so cute because you can't see the pupil and hence that just makes it look bigger. I guess that's why light eyes can be so peircing. But if the iris, regardless of eye colour, is too small in proportion to the rest of the eye it just looks beady and that makes me uncomfortable. Big iris gives a softer look, small iris gives a wide eye look.
Your irises change diameter relative to the amount of light your eyes are taking in... sunlight or bright artificial light makes them smaller, and darkness makes them open up and become larger.
Close set-eyes appear more like predatory carnivorous animals, and wider set eyes feel more like herbivorous to me. So wider set eyes can still be attractive I think in either an endearing/cute kind of way or a soft and motherly/fatherly way, IMO...
Me making my fallout 4 character
B for me lol
It also signals more predatory behavior. As in predators have more forward facing eyes like wolves, bears, and cats for enhanced depth perception; while prey animals such as deer, cows, and sheep give up depth perception for a wider visual range.
Edit: predatory behavior in this connotation isn’t necessarily a negative, just pointing out that people who have so called “Hunter eyes” are more assertive, dominant, and typically more successful in their daily lives.
no they aren't.
Lot of criminals are attractive too
Attractiveness is biological
Just when I finally accept my troopy eyes. I have a reason to hate myself all over again.

when you edit your eyes the majority of time even when you don’t think so looks edited. don’t edit or change your nature, guys u are perfect the way u are, enjoy life and create memories instead of having obsession that u will never going to be happy bc perfection is boring and it’s not in our nature but in the AI nature
What a bad take 🤦🏻
My eyes are small, I hate them😒
All this channel does is make us feel worse about ourselves
🎶like the ceiling can't hold us ×2🎶
Yeah but we can’t change the distance it’s all useless.
This is not helpful at all. You can't change the shape of your eyes. You can sit around thinking about how your face is wrong, or you can appreciate it for what it is. Different kinds of faces have different kinds of character to them, and that's pretty cool. If everybody had the most "attractive" kind of face, we would all be the same and it would be boring.
whatever
Brutal
it would not be attractive either way cause shes black
The eyes don't really matter here.
You gotta change the skin tone first 🧓
I've always found wide almond eyes like those found on Willow Smith, Halle Bailey, Rihanna and Kate Moss utterly bewitching.
When it comes to beauty the most captivating faces break the rules of symmetry, ratio and all that stuff. You've got to take the face in wholistically and not dismantle it peice by peice.
Ive those eyes
