The CRT is indeed a very good operative, decent crowd control abilities and a fairly high damage output.

Additional information: CRT has a necro counter, after being grabbed for 1 second, shoot a grapple at the necro and free yourself.
Relfex automatically hits nearby enemies with tanz pistol when activated.

The Problem with counter attack it that it could be the death if you sometime
Like when necro grabbed you and you free youself down to a horde of monster or walkers lol
You could just use relflex shoot to Escape but sometime it on cooldown
