Regardless of what anyone thinks, there was evidence withheld at Micheal Skakel's trial, violating his civil rights to a fair trial, and that's why his verdict was overturned. This happens all the time, allowing someone who might be guilty go free. Everyone that disagree s hopefully you will never have to be violated, because you'll find out really quick how horrible this really is.

You have to give it to the Skakels, they are clever and dirty. Kennedy knew about this murder almost as soon as it happened, his mother received a call from her family Halloween night, letting her know what happened. That night, Ethel confided to her employee that her nephew Michael was suspected of murder and that she did not believe he did it.
@@texan903 And Bobby said he didn't know about the murder until 1983. Really? That's SO hard to believe So you have just dispelled his lie. As to Michael's alibi, the time of death was only 'calculated' by Mrs. Moxley hearing voices and barking around 9:45-10. When in reality the coroner ascertained it occurred anywhere between 9:30 and 1:00am. This is a whole different kettle of fish. This also jives with Michael and Tommy admitting they originally lied to police about their activities that night. The murder weapon coming from their house, with their mother's name engraved on it, is really the smoking gun. They were absolutely the last persons seen with Martha. Andrea Shakespeare, a visitor in their house, said Michael did not go with his older brothers to take the Terrien cousin home. I say Michael's guilty as hell.
@@GARY84ROCKS RFK Jr left out the confessions Michael made repeatedly to his classmates at Elan. That's what really got Michael convicted.
They were troubled teens at a high-end reform school. We cannot know the truth from our laptops. We just cant'.
I have a great deal of respect for Mr. Kennedy. He seems to genuinely want to help others. But...if he really buys into any part of the convoluted story about the "black gangsters" stalking and killing Martha Moxley with the Skakel Family's golf club, he is not only naive, but delusional. Michael Skakel's unrequited lust for Martha, his jealousy over his older brother finally achieving a sexual relationship with her and the fact that his family shipped him off to the Elan School (for problem children) almost IMMEDIATELY after the crime- these are more than enough valid points to get Michael a Life Sentence, I believe. I think it's quite possible that his whole "masturbation" episode happened while he witnessed his older brother fooling around with Martha. Then he attacked her with the golf club. He may have even interrupted them by attacking. He's guilty as the day is long.

Kennedys raped women and girls and got away with it. The whole family is toxic.
